We had a great experience when using Stones young to sell our property and purchase a new one. Jacks knowledge of the property market in our area meant that he gave us a realistic valuation and we did indeed sell at the asking price he gave to us. The team were always available to deal with our queries when we had them and helped chase solicitors when required. I would definitely recommend Stones Young as the team make what can be a stressful situation a smooth one in my experience.

It’s not what you know it’s who you know in that office if you want a house it’s the third time my son has put an offer in and not been accepted because somebody in the office has taken a lower offer. It’s not fair.

GoogleApart from my decision to sell my house the next best decision I made was to approach Stones and Young to value and sell it for me. I really believed that Sarah loved my house as much as I did and truly wanted the best price for me. Karen also cared when showing potential buyers round; even looking after my cat whilst doing so! I got immediate feedback from the viewings and when a sale was agreed the support and advice was invaluable. I really felt I was being looked after by friends. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agency .

GoogleHighly recommended! Bought my first house through Stones Young and they made it a very smooth and stress free experience. Regular updates on the progress and everything was explained clearly which I really appreciated as a first time buyer. Also, several months after purchase I had a question about the property. Stones Young contacted the previous owner and got back to me with the answer I needed in a matter of minutes! Nothing in it for them at this point but still they went above and beyond to help out. Great service. Will definitely be using them when I look to sell.

After a very lengthy period on the market, a great relationship was formed with many of the staff. Stones Young have an active presence on social media which is very useful, however at times we felt this was not pursued with our property. The communication was good and the eventual sale was dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.

Google5 star service. Sarah and Karen could not have done more to help us. Our purchase took more than 6 months from start to finish but Karen provided weekly progress reports. She even called to say there was no progress. They did an amazingly thorough job. Communication was fantastic and we didn't once feel the need to chase them for information. Could not recommend them more highly. Will not hesitate to use them in the future.
