Keenans were excellent. We have just sold 2 properties with them. I work in the property industry and have bought and sold many properties over the years and I found Keenans to be very good. Keenans gave me a valuation which significantly exceeded that of other agents we approached. I confess I was not convinced with their valuation and thought that the value suggested had been offered simply to secure the instruction. I was completely wrong. Keenans generated a lot of interest at their valuation and we sold both properties in reasonable time at the asking price. I would highly recommend them. We are significantly better off having having put faith in their agency.

This Is NOT How You Do Business....They Do Not Pay People Who Work On Their Behalf.My Company cleaned several house at the request of Keenans. If they did pay it had to be chased and chased. We completed a £300.00 clean on an absolutely filthy property, again at the request of Keenans, we provided before and after photos and they still have not paid us, they refuse to return our calls and emails, I even contacted one of the Directors, still nothing. Never would i recommend a company that does not pay what it owes people. That is not how business should treat anyone.

My wife and I live 250 miles from the property we rent out through Keenans. We both work full-time. The last 6 months has been quite frenetic from a landlord perspective as there have been a number of dynamic challenges that have presented themselves for us to navigate. I had a rental property with Keenans and had to evict the tenant. Patrick Jones was the person that helped me deal with this i could not of done this with out his help. He took over and sorted every thing out for me with out his help i would not of been able to deal with it. GoogleWe purchased through Keenans, having used a different estate agent to sell our home. Our house purchase and upward chain was very complex and there was lots of moving parts. Out of all of it Ella was amazing, providing updates from up the chain, as well as some honest suggestions of what to do. She was proactive, and always took the time to answer the phone. I can honestly say I would have no issues selling though Keenans if Ella is the person on the phone to my buyers.

I wish I could give zero. I have made numerous attempts to view houses, and Keenans cancel almost all. I even put in my last request to view a property that they would cancel. When they phoned to to view the property, they laughed about my comment. Guess what - THEY CANCELLED.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’ve come away feeling disappointed, as this isn’t the experience we want for anyone trying to view a property with us. After reviewing the appointments you’ve had booked over the last few weeks, we can see that five viewings were arranged in total. Of those: -Two viewings were cancelled because the vendors accepted an offer before your appointment time, meaning the properties were no longer available to show. -One viewing went ahead as planned, which you attended. -Another could not take place because the vendor had taken back their key unexpectedly, leaving us unable to access the property. We offered to rearrange this for you. -You then chose to cancel the remaining viewing that was still scheduled. We appreciate how frustrating last‑minute changes can be, especially when you’re actively trying to find a home. Unfortunately, some cancellations are outside our control, particularly when a seller accepts an offer or removes access without notice. That said, we always aim to communicate clearly and rearrange wherever possible. If you’d like us to help you secure viewings more smoothly going forward, our team would be more than happy to assist. You can reach us directly and we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

GoogleWe recently sold our property in Clitheroe through Keenans. The property sold very quickly and the whole process was very professional including the photos, the sales team and the website. But deserving of particular praise is Lewis Chilton in the sales progression team. After the initial flurry and excitement of accepting an offer the process goes quiet whilst solicitors do their stuff. But, throughout the process Lewis was busy chasing solicitors and feeding us with updates. He took the worry out of the whole transaction and kept all parties informed. Well done and thank you Lewis.
