Partner phoned up, Rude receptionist!

Partner phoned up to enquire about properties, receptionist was rude as anything and told my partner (who has mental health problems) to simply "get a job" I don't know what ivory tower this little urchin crawled down from but that is certainly an unacceptable way to speak to potential clients. WILL NOT USE!!

I have used Reeds Rains to manage the letting of a property I have owned for a number of years and have always been delighted with the service which all the team provide, under Helen's leadership. We recently had a great experience purchasing our new home with the ladies at the Bamber Bridge branch. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and made every effort to ensure the purchase moved quickly and smoothly. Alison and Donna in particular were fabulous, and the lady who showed us around the property (who's name unfortunately escapes me) was also lovely to deal with. The ladies here are obviously very caring and passionate about their roles, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I might also add that Donna in particular deserves a 'shout out' as although she does not appear to be as visible and front of house as the other ladies, she was the one who put in the majority of the groundwork, and ensured that any concerns were quckly dealt with/resolved, and all the legal arrangements and requirements were completed at the speed of light. Fantastic people to deal with, and as mentioned previously, I could not recommend highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved.
