Really was not happy with my experience with Simon Mayfair williams, renting a place and a few problems in the flat with the oven not working for one month even after telling the agency about the problem it was not resolved until after a month after I told them, but they seemed to take there time. And at the end of our tenancy I asked for a deposit back but they wanted to keep a large amount of almost £200 to clean cupboards that I cleaned before I left the property and change 5 light bulbs and clean a skirting board with dust, and even had the cheek to send me pictures of marks around the property that were already there when we arrived, but are trying to say I made the Marks and didn’t clean them before I left, but I also have proof as I took pictures when I first moved in of parts of the property that was not dirty. So a VERY VERY BAD EXPERICE WITH *SIMON WILLIAMS MAYFAIR* I would not recommend anyone renting off of them as they will try and take your deposit even when you leave the house is a good condition, maybe not as perfect as you arrived but a high standard.

Grace, Steve and all the team at the Clevedon office provide a fantastic service. They helped us with a problematic property sale and steered us to the right buyer. Any other estate agent would have likely run a mile, but they rose to the challenge and worked tirelessly to see the sale through to the benefit of both ourselves and our buyer. What a great estate agent. We just went through what ended up being a very long moving process, but this was in no way the fault of the excellent team at Simon Williams. Throughout the whole sale of our house, from the initial qoute to completion they have been friendly, proactive and nowledgable.
