We recently had the pleasure of working with Claire from Mayfair Town & Country to buy our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Claire was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. She kept us in the loop every step of the way, ensuring we were well-informed and comfortable with all decisions. Her professionalism, dedication, and clear communication made the sale smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Claire and Mayfair Town & Country for anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you, Claire, for your outstanding service!

I had a very positive experience moving with Mayfair. It was my first time moving out but Annabel was very helpful and happy to answer any and all questions I had. She helped move me into my new flat as soon as possible and the process was made very simple and straightforward. Would recommend Mayfair and would move with them again.

We recently bought & sold a house through Claire Bibb & her team. Claire was professional , friendly & approachable throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We were particularly impressed with her coordination & communication through the offer to completion stage, a big help in a stressful situation. Thank you Claire, Joanna & the team 😊. Jane & Steve.

My husband and I were so pleased with the service we received at Mayfair. They went above and beyond to ensure we secured the property of our dreams and kept the line of communication open between us & our buyers so we all knew what was happening at all times. I can't recommend Mayfair enough, and Clare was so passionate & personable with regards to the sale/purchase we felt like she was right by our side on the entire journey! Thank you so much for making a very stressful experience a positive one.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Annabel has been amazing start to finish, she went out of her way to help us get a property on a very short time scale. The whole process from viewing to contract signing took less than 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this company, we have dealt with several companies trying to move and these are the only one who went out of their way to help.

After a very protracted process, we finally moved into our new home in Clevedon. Claire was excellent. There were times when we felt desperate and frustrated and without Clair's tireless work, chasing up solicitors, keeping us posted I think we might have given up. Thank you so much Claire; you always went the extra mile and it's difficult to express our gratitude for all that you did.

We learnt the hard way the value of an excellent estate agent like Claire and her team at Mayfair. We were approached by someone who offered us a private sale. It was tempting to save the money that you have to pay to an estate agent so we went ahead. The whole thing was a disaster from start to finish. Suffice to say that after several months the sale fell through not least because the buyer had misrepresented their position to us but also because there was nobody to manage the sale and drive it through. Having learnt that lesson when we put the property back on the market we decided that we would sell it via an estate agency. We could not have chosen a better agent than Claire. She was excellent at building relationships and handling both sides of the chain (at times having difficult conversations with prospective buyers) She was tenacious in chasing things up and making sure that our sale was progressing at all times and always responsive to any questions or queries that we had. I would recommend Claire and her team at Mayfair unreservedly.

Rarely am I in genuine awe of someone's professionalism, commitment, and dedication overseeing a tough sale whilst managing a client's expectations which at times were no doubt irritating. I work in Sales and I would be lying if a WhatsApp or e-mail sent late on an afternoon or a Friday didn't stay unopened till the following Monday but that was never the case, not once with Claire, I would have noticed. The time and effort that Claire put into this far exceeded what I would ever expect from a modestly valued property with a very low return for Mayfair but anyone would have thought it was a million-pound house. I would like to thank all the staff including you Joanna for your help in this sale. But I would like to say a personal thank you to Claire Bibb, you're a legend and I will be in your debt for a long time. It is easy to say, 'It's her job' but in my opinion, you went above and beyond your job description. So thank you and I wish you all the best for the future...

Represent a dodgy landlord! We had a tenancy with our ex landlord with a previous agency (Acen, formerly known as Nexa) and he moved here at the end of it and is most likely letting through them. We rented through him until August of last year when our tenancy ended. I paid off all our bills and closed our accounts. Looks like the landlord never paid the bills once we moved out. My housemate got a debt collection letter this week for the period of August to March of this year (when new tenants moved in) from the energy company, it seems the landlord said it was our debt when its not, its his. Not happy. Hes probably done this to other tenants. Even if its not malicious and genuine mistake, still very stressful and shows a lack of responsibility on his part. Avoid.

Me and my partner have just moved into a property with Mayfair, couldn't have been a better process, Annabelle was responsive and supportive throughout. She made sure their wasn't any delays and we managed to move in hassle free. Would highly recommend renting through Mayfair, great experience all around.

Please read this and take this into account when deciding to rent from them, I know the market is difficult to find places but please take this as a warning so you can be prepared. They have been absolutely awful for the entire 6 months we were with them. It started when the Friday before we were supposed to move in we were told the current occupant had Covid and we would have to change move in date, we lost over Β£100 in moving fees and made everything a lot more difficult (can't be helped with getting ill but Mayfair Town and County were no help and only let us know a day before). The flat was absolutely filthy, the kitchen was thick with grease and disgusting, we spent the first two days cleaning before we could use it. This was acknowledged on the move in report but not the full extent so take your own pictures and annotate the check in inventory.Multiple things were broken and we were just told to work around them (the toilets continuously leaked water, the CO alarm was in the wrong place, the garage wouldn't open properly, the door wouldn't open properly) we emailed so many times trying to get all these issues sorted and were met with either no response or 'it was fine before'.We tried to give them early notice that we had purchased somewhere to move to to give them additional time to get a new tenant in and sorted out of courtesy. We were told that if we wanted to leave early (we didn't) we'd have to pay Β£400 and would still be liable for rent. We understand our contract but we were just trying to do them a favour. It took several emails for them to acknowledge that it was our official notice. When we moved out they tried to charge us Β£80 for cleaning. The flat was much cleaner than when we moved in but things that had been marked 'grubby' on the check in were still 'grubby'. The shower was picked up for having some soap marks but I had told them the shower had broken two weeks prior, we told them it wasn't urgent as we had another place but to then try to charge over tiny soap marks on the glass after this is ridiculous. The thing that was most frustrating was they tried to charge us for holes in the wall that were already there and were made by the landlord to hang his things (This is why it's so important to take your own timestamped videos and pictures.) We started to seek independent legal advice over this and they told us to hold off on any action until they had reviewed it however we were told repeatedly by MTC that we had no choice and it was going to independent adjudication by their deposit protection scheme and we agreed to this in the contract, (we didn't and responded with the contract highlighting the clause that said we were entitled to take our own action outside of this) we asked for all the paperwork regarding which deposit protection scheme they had chosen so we could provide this to our legal team, despite multiple emails we were never provided the details, which is a legal requirement, then without any communication I received the full refund? They haven't emailed or anything since so I have no idea if they sent off their check in and their move out or if they just decided to refund the money?Be careful with their adverts - they lied when they relisted ours as they said the sofa and washing machine was offered for sale, they weren't, these were our items. Additionally they told us at our viewing and repeated it at the viewings that one of the spaces was available to park in (it belonged to someone else and you could not park there). They have made the whole experience of renting awful and they are supposed to be a proper company - my partner has rented for years in the North of England and never come across such inadequacy. It is a mix of incompetence, laziness and ambivalence for their tenants trying to squeeze every penny of profit they can.

We've recently bought a house through the Clevedon branch of Mayfair. Our experience has been excellent - Claire communicated really well with us, the vendors and both sets of conveyancers, as well as estate agents at the end of the chain to make the sale go through. The sale progressed efficiently and swiftly. We would recommend Claire to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. We couldn't be happier.

I would highly recommend Mayfair Town & Country. Their Sales Manager Claire Bibb marketed our property and provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. Being landlords over the years we have used a few different Estate Agents and not come across one as efficient as Mayfair. Claire was professional and friendly at all times. Thanks Claire and all at Mayfair :)

I dealt with Sue who I must say was the loveliest and most professional agent I’ve dealt with in the lock down period. I have dealt with false promises and no call backs but Sue was transparent and open throughout which is what I value. Can honestly say they are the best agents I’ve dealt with and Sue was superb throughout. Thank you so much!!

I’ve recently moved into a rental with Mayfair and it’s been my smoothest moving experience by far. Communication with Annabel during and after my move was very prompt and she patiently answered all my questions about my new flat and the moving process. She met me at the property on the day I moved in and showed me some key bits to remember, which was super helpful. I’d definitely recommend Mayfair and all the team I’ve met.

My brother and I have sold a house for my Mother through the Clevedon Branch of Mayfair. I cannot speak highly enough for Claire Bibb who dealt with the sale, There were lots of hiccups throughout the process and Claire kept us informed at all times and I am sure helped the process by chasing the relevant solicitors.
