Sue has also gone out of her way to help with any issues that may have arisen during the smooth transition and have made me feel more important than any other agency I have dealt with, very professional curtious and informative. GoogleWe have been with them for 3 years nearly and they have always been available and helpful and when they had to let us know the sad news that our landlord was selling the property we was renting they were very kind and as helpful as they could be. We hope one day in the future that we find a property in their catchment area again because they are a joy to work with.

Always on hand to gently reassure me when I was getting into panic mode. Magnificent customer service and support. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

GoogleHaving lots of experience with various estate agents, Mayfair are miles above the rest. They acted for both our purchase and our sale with a large chain involved. Claire couldn’t have done any more. Her communication was exceptional and the house sale pushed through in record time. I can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleMike initially and then Claire both did a great job dealing with the sale of our mothers house. It was a difficult situation that was more complex than normal and they both did good work. Claire at the end having to deal with numerous delays that were out of her hands!

Compared to some other Agencies the Mayfair office is 'streets ahead'.Surely area management and more is in her future.

FacebookMy boiler packed in 9 days ago. I have a 10 month old and 2 other children under 7!! I’ve had two visits from an engineer to tell me it needs a new part or ideally a whole new boiler. I’m currently still waiting to get confirmation from the landlord to give the engineer the go ahead to fix it. Meanwhile the house is freezing it’s nearly the end of October and I’m sat chasing everyone to see when it’s getting sorted. I’ve also been told the agency should have provided us with heaters yet we’ve had nothing. It’s just not good enough!!

Disingenuous & unprofessional. As a tenant you're treated like a second class citizen. Similar to other estate agents they're polite and accommodating if you remain quiet about any issues and just pay your rent. However, when a problem occurs your emails are met with silence, even when a landlord has breached their contractual obligations
