The lady who showed us around the house was very kind, patient and informative and when we needed to view the property a second time Crofts were very agreeable. Laura rang the sellers for us to get answers to our questions on the house and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend using Crofts to anyone purchasing or selling a home.

GoogleCrofts is the worst estate agents i have ever dealt with.
After paying a £700 deposit, we are now being quoted £2000 total after moving out, £1500 of it being to "redecorate" a house we never painted and only made a handful of nail holes.
Not to mention £300 of the it also being to replace "spotlights", yes, £300 to replace lightbulbs...
stay farrrrrrrrrrrr away!

Hi Kyle,
Sorry to hear you’re not happy with the service provided by Crofts. We’re not sure where the mention of £300 to replace light bulbs has come from as it was only £40 to replace multiple bulbs in the property. The decoration quote was to repaint the property entirely and we advised the landlord that they could not submit a quote for full redecoration there after considering fair wear and tear and the length of your tenancy. We can see you have accepted a portion of the claim which is a fair agreement. The other deductions were for removal of furniture that was left behind and damage to the hob which was accepted by yourself.
We appreciate it’s disappointing to have deductions taken from the deposit however this was required to return the property to a suitable condition to be re-let.
