Don’t bother only estate agent actively tried to stop us viewing property when eventually got viewing was told by owner of company one bid on table of asking price was told to put in last and final bid which did 25k above bid they had received cash buyer my house had sold was then informed they had gone with the other party as they were in a better position but would not confirm what bid they had received left a bad taste also quite rude and off with my wife from the start avoid at all cost unprofessional

Mr Kidd, We are sorry you felt you had to write this review as you were disappointed you did not get the house. It was a fair process despite what you thought and we did explain the ‘best and final’ offer process when you viewed. It is against the law to discuss other bids as we explained and the other party offered earlier than you and was in a more advanced position so the executor decided to go with them. Unfortunately someone was always going to lose out. Mr Watts explained he wasn’t aware of all offers on the viewing but was going to check when he got back as you were the last viewers. We believe we were professional throughout and were never rude even though you were upset on the final phone call.

I would definitely recommend this estate agent after recently using there professional services. The service is efficient, professional and boasts a great team of staff that are all ready to help. Our personal customer service experience was excellent. The team at Robert watts kept us updated and we felt confident we were in good hands through what proved to be a particularly challenging period of a pandemic. Its the human factor, the friendly smile, the lovely helpful and reassuring way we were dealt with that we were especially grateful for. The marketing of our property was exceptional from the photos to our brochure and all internet marketing. Thank you Robert Watts 👍🏻✨

We recently purchased a property through Robert Watts, as we were first time buyers they understood we knew very little about purchasing a property and helped us understand what we needed to do. Our solicitors were useless and we asked Nicky for help quite often and she did all she could to help us! Would definitely recommend using them to sell your home or make a purchase 10/10!

After speaking with a number of estate agents to sell our house we chose Robert Watts as they had a positive but realistic attitude, and we weren't disappointed. Our house was sold quickly, and communications throughout were prompt and proffessional. The only minor quibble I had was that the representative showing people round at weekends was not very thorough and rushed off before showing one couple around, although they had contacted the office to say they were delayed.

Robert Watts have managed 3 houses for me for the past 5 years.I would recommend them to any landlord,I have had very few periods when any of the houses have been untenanted,any monies due have always been paid to time and any problems or disputes with tenants sorted out very quickly. Quality of service

All staff are always helpful, friendly and supportive. The response to any enquiries or issues is always prompt and informative. The new initiative of photographic evidence in presenting information is very welcome as this also helps to keep track of conditions in the property and enables us as landlords to appraise any concerns or alterations.. Advice is usually sound and based on their wide experience.
