Reeds Rains, Cleckheaton reviews

I have worked closely with Jonjo, Lauren and Tayor throughout the construction of our 5, 4 bedroomed development in Bradford. Their approach, attitude and care has been exemplary, and when set at the correct value the properties sold quickly, one after another. I have been most impressed with their speed of communication, efforts to resolve any issues and above all outstanding professional conduct throughout. I would recommend their services to any business considering developing and I thank them all for their sustained effort and hard work in the past 2 years. Well done guys, you deserve the 5 stars!! Reeds-Rains took over our sale after the previous estate agents failed to find us a buyer. To be fair, it wasn`t an easy sell as it was my dad`s house who passed away aged 90 and he had run it into the ground. But Reeds-Rains found us numerous potential buyers from very many viewings. If the house had been in better condition it would have sold much quicker. But my contact, Lauren, was brilliant and stuck with it, working her hardest to sell the house. It was a tough time but she did so well and gets a personal 5 star review from us for all her efforts which finally paid off. Highly recommended.

The cleckheaton Reeds Raines staff are brilliant!!! All the staff are friendly and they are professional with how they approach every situation. They are flexible in the approach and warm and welcoming every time you ring up. Lauren and John jo are always on hand to advise and negotiate on property purchases with speed that i have not seen from an estate agents before but i welcome the fast pace that they work at. Taylor also is helpful when i contact the branch. Molly also helped a lot on the rental side of things with good fast communication and helped with any issues that arose. The whole team at the cleckheaton branch are a good solid example of a team that gives a 'service plus' to every customer that goes to or visits the branch. It feels like an estate agent family and im so glad that i choose them to look after my property services as they are 'the best' holistic estate agents with both quality, depth and a vast amount of property experience. Thank you guys and thanks for looking after me along this property journey. I am looking forward to working in partnership with you in the future. All the best. DH

We have recently sold our home with Reeds Rains Cleckheaton, as this was our first house we were not familiar with the process and needed a lot of help along the way. Lauren has been so helpful throughout, has answered our constant questions and has gone above and beyond to help everything go through smoothly. Would definitely recommend :)

Competitively priced and marketed much better than alternatives. House was sold within a month despite identical properties being for sale on the same street with other agents. Jonjo was always available to discuss the the sale, give advice and answer any questions I may have.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Very friendly and professional service. Everyone of the girls/ladies I spoke to were polite and did their best to help. Speedy service and informative. Probably the best agents I have dealt with. A plus to that, from what I remember, they were also all good looking as well. Only one guy works there from what I saw, but he was polite and professional as well. Thanks for all your help!

I had a great experience through selling my property with Reeds Rains. All staff are warm and welcoming, very professional, willing to go that extra mile to explain the whole process from start to finish about what to expect when selling a property. This is why I am giving them a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if your wanting to buy or sell a property in the Cleckheaton area.
