The initial sale of my mother’s property went through quite quickly and with her living by herself was wary of not to be left on her own to show just a man around the property. Chloe and the team were aware of this and supportive in ensuring this request was accommodated. The physical house sale and completion was delayed though due to issues with my mum’s buyer. No fault of Reines. Once resolved , the eventual house sale exchange and completion went through promptly. Chloe was able to update us along the way through the process.

The house I was purchasing was being sold through Reeds Rains and their service was fantastic from start to finish. I initially spoke to Tia who helped me in the initial say of buying the house and she was fantastic and so helpful. Once our purchase progressed I liaised with Elizabeth. She was amazing too. No question was too stupid and she checked in with me at least once a week throughout the time it took to complete. I also spoke to a couple of other members of the team who were equally helpful. The team at Reeds Reins were amazing throughout our sale and purchase process. We unfortunately lost our first sale and they were super quick with getting the property back up and viewings booked in. We sold again within 2 days of the property going back up for sale. They handled a particularly tricky relationship with the estate agent we were purchasing with and managed to keep them at arms length from us and our solicitor. Communication and advice from the team was always great and it felt like they always went above and beyond. Elizabeth, Chloe and Tia were just fabulous and if we were ever to move again we would use Reeds Reins.

Purchased a house being marketed by Reeds Rains. The whole process with them from start to finish was fantastic. I mainly dealt with Elizabeth, who was excellent to deal with. Kept me up to date with the hole process which wasn't straight forward due to the length of the chain but Elizabeth went above and beyond to help keep me sane. I also dealt with Tia and Chloe in the office when Elizabeth was not available. Both Tia and Chloe were great and always had an answer.
