We recently purchased a Bungalow via Reed Rains. We were downsizing due to my poor health and selling our own property with another agent. Out of all of the contacts I had throughout a very turbulent few months Chloe from the Cleckheaton branch was a little Gem! She was friendly, polite and extremely reliable. She went above and beyond trying to chase the chain for me. She always called or emailed back and delivered on what she said she would do. Highly recommend.

From start to finish a very good experience dealing with all the staff at reeds rains Cleckheaton valuing our property by Sam and selling never felt pressured and once we decided to sell it was sold in the first weekend. Then Tia helped us find our next home and Chloe showed us round always helpful and friendly. We would definitely look to use Reeds Rains Cleckheaton in the future. We are in the process of renting out a property and will use Reeds Rains for this. Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommend and can't thank Reeds Rains enough, specifically Tia and Chloe. We've had a whirlwind of a journey finding a home but after 6 months, we've finally completed. We first met Tia at a house viewing and she was really helpful and friendly. When it came to putting ours on the market, without a doubt we wanted Reeds Rains to act for us. They've always acted quickly and efficiently and have chased relevant parties when needed. We had our buyers pull out just before christmas, our seller pull out near completion and we've had to find another suitable property. Throughout this journey, they've given us nothing but reassurance, been so patient and understanding and have been really helpful. Chloe and Tia have kept us updated throughout aswell as other parties too. We are really thankful for everything they've done and you can tell that they genuinely care.

I received an exceptional service from Reeds Rains for my first house purchase. Chloe and the team kept me informed regularly and nothing was too much to ask. I often got a response the same week, if not the same day. I completed my house purchase with keys in hand exactly 10 weeks to the date of my offer being accepted, this meant I was able to enjoy Christmas in my new home and I sit here now humbled and happy. Reeds and Rains Cleckheaton office recently helped me to plan the refurbishment of a property they are now managing for me on a rental basis. I was given advice, support and help in what I needed to do to achieve a good return. Throughout the improvement works the team kept in touch with me and within a day of handing them the keys the property was rented to one of the four clients they had invited to view the house. Amazing service. Without Lauren and the team at Reeds Rains Cleckheaton, I doubt that I would be sitting in my dream home right now. From start to finish, they offered a friendly, efficient and professional service. I made the mistake of not instructing Reeds Rains as my agent and the one that I had was completely incompetent (didn't answer the phone, didn't return calls, didn't really have a clue what was going on!). I was lucky enough to be purchasing through Reeds Rains and their commitment to seeing that sale through meant that Lauren really went the extra mile, liaising with the whole chain to get to completion. If you are selling your home, I cannot recommend the team here highly enough.

I went to see James McGowan as a first time buyer after a viewing with Reeds Rains not having a clue what I was doing and no idea what to expect with trying to get my first mortgage. James was fantastic at informing me of all my options, explaining the buying process, he was very professional and at no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions I was not comfortable with. Despite not ending up buying through Reeds Rains James continued to advise me and deliver a mortgage for me. The whole experience was very easy because of James.

From my experience of Reeds Rains I would not even consider using another estate agent. Most estate agents do very little to actually earn their fee but Reeds Rains have been fantastic and have provided every possible assistance throughout the entire house moving process. Particular thanks to Lauren and Jonjo but the whole team are very professional, friendly and a massive credit to their employers. I have seen reviews stating they are expensive but I didn’t find their fee excessive for the services and assistance they provide. Well done team and thank you for dealing with my house sale. If the need should arise again I will definitely be in touch.
