GoogleWe were very happy with the price we got for our home, and effort the staff put in to ensure the sale went through. Our only criticism would be that sometimes it is difficult to get people on the phone (leading to many missed calls on both ends). Some of our friends buying also said they found getting through difficult which worried us that some buyers may be put off. All in all Knightsbridge are expensive, and very good at their job (probably value for money), but there is room for improvement at times.

GoogleI sold my house with knightsbridge Queens road and I was very pleased with the team of Glen, Claire, Jake and Samantha who handled all aspects of the sale from start to finish.
They were extremely professional and all stages of communication was excellent. We sold the house within 6 weeks of putting onto the market and they are very progressive and 'think outside of the box' estate agents. Was particularly impressed with the whats app group set up and we could communicate easily without having to disturb each other and the hassle of returning or waiting for phone calls. The price I achieved was exactly what I wanted and they kept any disruption to tenant at an minimal.
Well done guys and I am looking forward to working with the team again.

GoogleWe would like to express our gratitude to all the members of staff, and there were quite a few that we came into contact with, for helping us with the recent purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one.
We can honestly say that they have been the very best estate agents that’s we have dealt with, and there have been a few! Each and every member of staff were so efficient, friendly and courteous and we spoke that often to them they all seemed like friends!
Our purchase and sale have not been without their problems but the staff at Knightsbridge have been there by our side every step of the way. The sale was particularly fraught with problems but Knightsbridge never gave up on us. For the purchase and sale their advisors were in contact with us every week keeping us informed of what was happening along the process. This was so appreciated as all to often you are left high and dry with hardly any contact from the agent therefore not knowing just whereabouts you are in the process.
Knightsbridge are not the cheapest on the market but we feel they are worth every penny that we paid.
