We bought our first home with Knightsbridge. We had a chance to interact with both the Clarendon and Oabdy branches. All the staff was super professional and really made an effort to find a property for us after having been on the market for long time and having a very difficult taste. When we found the right home, they took us thought all the steps and promptly update us. We could not be more grateful to all the staff for their help and professionalism. Thoroughly recommend. Knightsbridge have a very professional approach throughout the selling process. The salesman was very clear and I never felt under pressure. I had three offers for the asking price on the first day of marketing the property. Knightsbridge helped and advised on which offer to accept. The support staff were very thorough and kept me informed continuously. This made me feel comfortable during my sale and purchase. Knightsbridge also liaised on my behalf with the agents I was purchasing from. They kept tabs on both my sale and purchase updating me regularly. Knightsbridge also recommended a removal company which went without a hitch. We had four companies in to do the valuation and I certainly made the correct choice when I selected Knightsbridge.

We dealt with the Queen's Road office and chose Knightsbridge on the basis of our initial contact as their front office was far more professional than others we visited to sell my mother's house. This favourable impression continued after meeting Keith the valuer and then Glenn in the office. Once the property was sold Samantha took over and she was brilliant. On the ball and on the phone before anybody else chasing the completion of the sale. Overall a very good experience.

We sold our house through the Wigston Branch, and from the word go the service we received was exceptional. A big thankyou to all the team who dealt with us (Denise & Carolyn especially) Denise did alot of chasing up on our behalf, something she didn't have to do, but we were glad she did. Customer service was flawless, the team always were calm and reassuring and helpful. We cant say enough great things about Knightsbridge Wigston. Although we hope not to be moving again too soon, we will definitely use them again if we do move. We will highly recommend there services to friends and family.

I was very happy with the speed it took to secure a sale on my home. The fees were higher than anticipated but I was happy pay this on the basis of using a local and reputable agent. I felt service was let down at times where we weren't supported and it almost felt like at times that the agent were working more for the purchaser than for ourselves....i can say this with experience as I am in the property industry myself.

However, the Knightsbridge staff made it seem like a really pleasant experience. I can tell you the staff are professional and they keep you up to date on what is going on. I am sorry to be blunt but I need to share my experience. I have lived in big cities like London, Birmingham, Leeds and in towns like Nuneaton but I would say this has been my worst experience so far with Knightsbridge estate agents. I made an offer on a property in Leicester and even after 8 weeks of accepting the offer, they didn't produce the memorandum of sale despite scrutinizing all the details more than a lender! We had to even request for confirmation of offer acceptance. They probably would have provided better service if I had chosen to go with their own mortgage advisor as they would not only have gotten a good amount of fee from me but also a commission from the lender. I would have appreciated a little patience given that I was buying my first property in the UK. The only point I would like to say to vendors is please avoid this agent as they could really put buyers off! (I didn't want to give even 1 star but that was mandatory for the post)

Terrible estate agents. They never provided the inventory when I moved into the property and then tried charging me for the problems when I left. Very rarely contacted the landlord about problems I.e problems with pluming as I had no direct contact with landlord they tried keeping our deposit because of these problems that where already there when I moved in. They said I left 'debt' on the prepaid gas and electric meter however when calling the provider they said there was no debt at all again this was just a ploy to keep the deposit! Only good thing is staff are nice on the phone and when they come to do viewings. Do not rent with Knightsbridge!!!!,,,
