These guys are very expensive and play dirty. They start off really nice, i mean better than any other estate agents...but as you get to know what they playing at its not a good feeling... they wont ever acknowledge their mistake despite advertising wrongly in the first place but you have to pick up the bill as they dont care... they dont care because they know you have already invested soo much time and money into this that you wont pull out and will give in...there is soo much I can mention but I will not be recommending them to anyone any time soon! Sorry what i actually mean is ever!! Best to shop around there are much cheaper options out there and offer a greater satisfaction.

Very friendly staff but I couldn’t escape the feeling they over promised and under delivered. I would have preferred, and I told them several times, to be told the truth and realistic expectations rather than the ‘we have around hundred buyers looking for exactly your property’ and ‘we will create a price war and have them beating a path to your door as they outbid each other’. The REAL outcome in 4 months was 14 booked appointments of which 8 actually turned up and one offered! We sold but for 10% less than they valued and said was the ‘minimum’ to expect. If they had told a more realistic tale we would have been better prepared and not lost 2 houses we were hoping to buy. They asked for direct feedback on some issues but when I emailed and asked them to let me know a time for a meeting with a director they failed to reply (twice). As I say friendly enough and probably no worse than others but not as good as they talk.

I've just sold a very large family home in Knighton through Knightsbride. From my first contact with them they were incredibly helpful and supportive. It is an unusual house and they were very sensitive in their approach to marketing it. They got the right people to view the house and we found a buyer much more quickly than I expected. I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone in the office, and I am especially grateful to Glen and Sam for all their hard work. Knightsbridge are not the cheapest estate agents around, but their service was worth every penny!

Knightsbridge estate agents were amazing. Being first time buyers was hard itself as we knew nothing that we needed to do. They helped every step of the way guiding and advising us on each step and were always there yo help us with any queries we had. We had a few bumps in the road finding the house we wanted but the wigston team were incredible in assiting us to get to that end point. I would highly recommend their services and should we choose to sell in the future they will definitely be the estate agents we will use. Incredible team!

My experience has been very positive. Especially so when dealing with Sam (sales progressor) and Jessica (sales negotiator). They both kept me well informed throughout. The chain was at times frustrating but that was certainly not the fault of Knightsbridge. Sam did the chasing and remained good humoured. Far less stress for me. Only caveat was having minor omissions or errors on the listing at the beginning.

I hope I never have to go through the experience of having to buy and sell but if I did I'd make sure the only agents involved are Knightsbridge. My moving story started in July 2017. We saw and liked a house on sale by another agent whom I can't name. We had a terrible experience with them and ended up walking away from the house. The owners then re marketed their house with Knightsbridge after having trouble with the corporate firm too. We revisited the house and began the process of offering and viewing it. Both which we would not have done if it wasn't for the professionalism of the Knightsbridge team. I have to thank simon, James, Denise, Caroline and Dharmesh for all seriously helping us to view our new home and purchase it and the whole wigston and Knighton team. After nearly 11 months we completed on the house purchase. The whole time Knightsbridge kept contacting us to tell us what's going on...I was completely grateful for that. Unfortunately due to the involvement of the other corporate firm at the beginning it caused us to have to buy through them and not Knightsbridge, something we were very troubled by as Knightsbridge had done all the hard work. We sold our own property through Knightsbridge too and they were absolutely fantastic in kerping us and our buyer in the loop every step of the way, this is what Denise's role was , to keep everyone informed but no query was ever to small. She kept contact with the solicitor and liasing with the sellers agents too. Knightsbridge were extremely understanding in the every process and I can't recommend them enough. Please take it from my own experience, Knightsbridge will give the extra care and attention to detail and answer all your 99 questions with no bother. The team at Knightsbridge you all are truely wonderful and I wish you all lots of success and hope you carry on doing the brilliant job that your doing in helping people like me going through such a stressful experience and helping share the burden and iron every problem out. The sale went extremely smoothly and I was contacted regularly to be kept informed at each stage of developments. They also kept in contact with all parties involved in the chain and, unlike some Estate Agents, really earned their fee.
