GoogleRecently started renting for the first time in many years and the team at Knightsbridge have made it incredibly easy. They are always incredibly responsive and quick to action whether it is Chris on the end of a message on whatsapp or Hannah guiding me through the whole sign up process and contract stage. When I buy or rent my next property I hope I am lucky enough for it to be listed with these guys

GoogleI've both bought from Knightsbridge (years ago) and sold (few months ago) through them now. They were excellent both times: thorough, reliable, prompt and they provide super after-offer care. Sam helped us through a complex sale, with build work and all sorts, but all the way through she was super helpful, guiding us at every stage and quick to respond, even with the mad rush of two stamp duty deadlines. The valuation seemed spot on also, they know this area of Leicester very, very well. Couldn't recommend more.

Chris, Hannah and the rest of the team have been professional throughout whilst also responding to any queries or problems straight away and providing me with all of the information that I need. For anybody looking to rent a property, I would highly recommend going through Knightsbridge. GoogleLike all estate agents, they are not in the business of keeping tenants happy, after all the landlord is their customer and requests from tenants just create more work for them. However, they were professional and we had a very nice house for over a year, so 5* as we were happy overall, despite having to occasionally argue with them (no, tenants don't pay for gutter cleaning).

GoogleVery frustrating experience. The marketing was very good and we had confidence that viewings were carried out with all necessary care. However, on the recommendation of Knightsbridge we accepted an offer from a "cash buyer" wanting the house for their family. The buyer then struggled over the course of the next 5 months to secure a buy-to-let mortgage. We feel we weren't supported during this 5-month hold up and were poorly advised regarding the buyer's position..
