Our deal was sabotaged by Knightsbridge due to their incompetence and lack of integrity. Staff are forceful to get a sale. When I have tried calling to speak to management they kept saying they are unavailable and refused to take any of our calls. What a shocking disgusting service and business this is! How they get away with such poor service and attitude is unbelievable

The communication from the team in Oadby office is appalling. Booked a viewing to see property last week. Agent took the details and mentioned will confirm the booking once discussing it with the seller.I Didnt hear anything back. When chased, the other agent said I missed my appointment as per the system and now its too late as offer been accepted from other buyer. I did ask her to check it again and she said apparently it wasn't booked properly so no confirmation email or call was made to confirm. No apologies offered! And to be honest, this is not the first time it has happened! Oh cherry on the cake, the property is still for sale as per rightmove. I wont be surprised if the property will be sold below the market value in few weeks to one of their agent friends, as the seller will be told there is limited or no interest.

Moving house is one of the most stressful life events and often dealing with estate agents makes this process even worse. Not so with Knightsbridge! Our estate agent, Chris, worked very hard to find us a house in our desired area and get us moved in on our chosen date. He kept us in the loop during the entire process and went above and beyond to find and secure us the house that suited us. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough- you will find no better service anywhere in Leicester. Thankyou Knightsbridge for making a stressful process as easy as it could possibly be.

On the plus side great to find an agent that values virtual tours, so helpful when viewing properties as well as saving the agent and/or vendor time. Unfortunately their other use of tech and automation is far less successful. I messaged a couple of time via Rightmove with no response. I eventually called to arrange a viewing and received an automated text which when I replied to was ignored. I called to make an offer and was sent another form to fill in which didn't take into account all the circumstances. I called back to explain and make the offer. I didn't hear anything for.few days and was told in a rather off hand way that because I hadn't filled in a form they don't follow up and anyway had a better offer (although the property is still listed for sale) In this day and age tech is great (when it works) but being an agent is a people business first and foremost which seems lost here. I wouldn't use to sell as they will alienate some buyers and miss others. When buying they'll be lower on my list although not as bad as the worst.

Outstanding experience letting with this agent so far. I've rented from a number of agents in Leicestershire and Knightsbridge are by far the best I've dealt with so far. Incredibly responsive, professionally mannered and most importantly have made everything as easy and SAFE as possible. Online viewings, almost entirely paperless and when I did need to go to the office to pick up keys it was brilliantly COVID safe. I look forward to my tenancy with them. EDIT: 8 months on and I'm still impressed. Communication is brilliant and as a tenant, I genuinely feel looked after. In particular, my dealings with Hannah and Chris have always been positive. Would strongly recommend.

This time accepted, I arranged mortgage in principle and supplied info requested but had no response. Turns out viewings were still gong ahead and an a higher offer came in. In the end the vendor had decided to go with another offer which is their prerogative of course, nice if someone could have let me know. Extremely poor comms and arguably sharp practice. The best I can say is they're not as bad as the very worst, but with a bit more effort they could certainly get there.

We had a very positive experience with Knightsbridge, from viewing our purchase property to our purchase. The Knightsbridge in Wigston, Leicestershire, kept us informed and were extremely helpful. This was quite difficult as we were a part of a chain.
