GoogleOf the valuations that we had, Knightsbridge was the highest. They were positive about the property and highlighted the good points. Property was sold after a month on the first offer for a price very near the asking price. Knightsbridge kept us up to date throughout the process and were professional and helpful. Very pleased with service and with the price the property achieved. Would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleLandlord is German, so if anything breaks down there is quite a delay before things can get repaired. When you are moving out, it’s like you’re being pushed, they badger you to allow them to come and take photos and videos, because the landlord wants a quick turn around…… Never had this bother with other estate agents

GoogleWhat I think seperates Knightsbridge estate agents from others is simple. They really are professional. I have dealt with other agencies in the past and now I realise how unprofessional they were in comparison. What I liked most is their focus on customer service. You feel like your opinion matters and your voice will be heard. There is constant communication, I sent emails almost daily and always got a response that same day. That's service!

Special thanks to Yvonne and Gemma in the Oadby office who give honest, helpful, professional but friendly advice. Also to Samantha who kept us up to date with the selling process.
