On the market - moving out in 4 months !! Having not moved for 26 years, selling our home was very daunting , from the initial meeting Knightsbridge put at ease and kept us fully informed, Jake and Sam were great! Jake Was a selling machine ! Getting those viewings in and provided feedback on every single one. We were kept informed at every stage , and every question fully answered from start to finish. There is no doubt moving is stressful, but these guy do everything they can to make it run smoothly, would absolutely recommend them every time !!

Love this lot!! House buying and selling can be stressful at the best of times but the gruelling process is best undertaken with Knightsbridge agents! Jake and Michelle particularly awesome and looked after us - they must have gotten sick at the sight of us with how many houses we viewed over the course of over a year! Always professional and never pushy, wealth of experience and knowledge, very easy to speak to and genuinely friendly, I can’t say enough good things about this group, - and I say so after comparing to a multitude of other estate agents all vying for business in same areas who never came close to the level of service Knightsbridge provide. Excellent mortgage brokers - Dharmesh was brilliant and quick, organised, and awesome guy to speak with. We dealt with other brokers linked to other estate agents in the area and it was obvious that Dharmesh has your best interests in mind and process was stress free and actually surprisingly smooth! Knightsbridge - if you choose to use Conveyancing solicitors they work with - will get you in touch with an excellent firm. That firm has 3 people who liaise for Knightsbridge buyers/sellers and were actually extremely efficient and quick in process. No faffing about and Hannah who looked after us was on the ball through the entire process. No dawdling waiting weeks on end for things like search reports or updates - Hannah and the firm ensured everything was done quickly and all legal matters and questions were covered before contacts drawn up. Finally I can say the last few reasons why Knightsbridge are so good is that they are not purposefully understaffed like other estate agents in the area, the staff actually understand what they are doing, everyone is on the ball, and they appoint progress managers who bring together all those involved from buyers/sellers/brokers and everyone’s solicitors so you are not left wondering why a sale is not happening or why there could be a hold up. That is the biggest stress of trying to contact everyone and get bits of information about a sale/purchase so you have a clearer picture what is going on but Knightsbridge managers took that on easily for everyone. My family and extended family many have brought and sold houses within the LE2 area over the last 20 years and Knightsbridge are the only agents we would now sell houses through - I’m just glad the house we have just brought was on sale through them!

Pre-sales from Janet was excellent, attentive, helpful and great at keeping me up to date during the year of looking for a house. However the after offer acceptance process was horrific and very biased towards the seller, lots of chasing by myself throughout, lack of proactivity to move future hurdles which were known, and just unnecessarily stressful to the point of thinking of cancelling the offer, completion took 5 months, mostly due to a unruly and demanding seller granted but this didn't appear to be reduced by the estate agents.

The next stage of the process was selling our own house / getting into a chain. Again, a very fast service, fast and fair valuation of our property and on the market quickly...we sold our house at a great price on the first day. The next stage was completing on the next house. Again very fast and responsive service. Communication was outstanding throughout... regular phone calls to keep us updated of the progress. Typically, a chain could be considered quite stressful - but the great service (as discussed above) relieved a lot of this stress and made the process easy...we were never left wondering what was happening. Very impressed with the professional comprehensive service that we received from the staff at the Wigston branch. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service Knightsbridge Wigston have provided. Right from the initial valuation visit by Andrew, each member of the team I have dealt with have been professional, courteous and knowledgeable, but above all have taken time to listen and advise on all aspects of the marketing and sale. I have been kept updated at all stages by Denise and Simon was able to finalise the sale with some skillful negotiation on my behalf. Overall I have achieved a better than expected sale price for a fee that I think is extremely good value. I will actually miss the office number coming up on my phone and that has to speak volumes. My partner and I bought our first house together through Knightsbridge in Clarendon Park. The whole team were great. After we found a property we liked we put in an offer on a Saturday. Glen and his team had my partner's house valued and on the market by that Thursday, and we received an offer of the asking price just a day or two after that. Myself and my partner just bought our first house together through Knightsbridge in wigston. We were dealing with Denise, Carolyn and the team and their service without a doubt was second to none. I was keeping in touch mainly via email as i couldn't take many calls whilst at work but we kept in touch daily to report the progression at both ends of the chain. Massive thanks to the team at Knightsbridge for their support during our house purchase in Oadby.
