Elizabeth at Knightsbridge was available to communicate updates and was able to communicate where any holdup was happening to do with solicitors delaying etc. It made a very long process to do with lease issues less stressful. Highly recommend Knightsbridge.

I am sorry to be blunt but I need to share my experience. I have lived in big cities like London, Leeds and in towns like Nuneaton but I would say this has been my worst experience so far with Knightsbridge estate agents. I made an offer on a property in Leicester and even after 8 weeks they didn't produce the memorandum of sale despite scrutinizing the details more than a lender! We had to even request for a confirmation of offer acceptance. They probably would have provided better service if I had chosen to go with their own mortgage advisor as they would not only have gotten a good amount of fee from me but also a commission from the lender. I would have appreciated a little patience given that I was buying my first property in the UK. The only point I would like to say to vendors is please avoid this agent as they could really put buyers off!
My experience with Knightbridge was the worst experience in terms of customer service and integrity I have ever experienced I put an offer in on a property and my broker provided the so call director all my financial details to secure the sale the day before I was due to finalise the sale I recceived a call to say another offer had been accepted The biggest concern I had was the agent must of told the other buyers my position because they produced all their financial details over the weekend The director in question had stitched me up DO not use this company if you want transparity and honesty
