GoogleKeating Estate are by far the most unprofessional and unfriendly Estate Agency I have come across so far. Not only does it take ages for them to deal with repair and maintenance issues, but also their staff is incredibly rude. When pressing the timely handling of a repair one of their staff, just hung up on my. I would highly recommend to stay away from them.
Hello Spartacus Maximus, Thank you for your review, however we have to state that what you have said is not the case and the issue was dealt with properly. We try our upmost best to resolve matters for tenants as promptly as possible, so we would like to use this opportunity to explain what happened in your case. You reported the radiator was leaking, which was seen to the same day and the leak was stopped. The radiator was measured up for a replacement the next day (Friday) and due to the radiator size not being in stock, this was ordered and delivered on Monday and fitted on Tuesday. We tried to have this fitted for you on Monday, however the delivery didn’t arrive in time for our engineer to attend. With regards to you being hung up on, this wasn’t the case at all. When we spoke to you on the phone it was a very bad line and you were in a very loud and busy environment and my colleague repeatedly said she couldn’t hear you and asked you to step to somewhere quieter so she could hear you as the line was bad. As she couldn’t hear you and said this a number of times, the call was ended. We are sorry you feel unhappy about our service, however the matter with your radiator was dealt with in a timely manner and in good management. Kind Regards, Keating Estates Management

GoogleActive potential buyer who used them to place an offer - no follow up communications, no confirmation when it wasn’t accepted and no effort to show other properties. Lack of effort and buyer care. Wouldn’t use again for viewings or offers in my property search.
Hi Toni, We are really sorry you had to take the time to write this review. The staff member in question has admitted the ball was dropped on this occasion and we can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. We secured multiple offers for the property and there was a breakdown in communication between two colleagues on who was responding to each individual interested party. You should have received communication from us within 24 hours of the best and final bid deadline. This is the first time that this scenario has happened and we will learn from the error. Please let us know if you would like to discuss this matter further.
