GoogleDecided to sell our house in south Essex and move into rented until we find somewhere to buy. We had never done renting before, but Palmers and Partners made the transition very easy. The staff are extremely diligent, friendly and aim to please. They made is completely stress free. Our contact was Charlotte and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even since the rental started they are checking up to see if all is well. Would highly recommend this agency. 1st class service.

I'm not from Colchester and just rang to enquire about a house on Military Road. The Man i spoke to didn't like the question of how is it valued when there are the same style houses near by cheeper. He got really aggressive and said there's houses more expensive and houses cheeper it is what we say it is. Finding this response odd i said ok ill go do some more research on the area and he tutted at me and slammed down the phone. I was expecting him to tell me it's near a certain school or amenities. Disgraceful behaviour and I hope he dosent further effect the seller with this un professional service.

They went above and beyond for me as a buyer and also, as far as I can tell, did their best by the seller. David handled the purchase and was very helpful at every stage, I also had dealings with Harry who was friendly and helpful too. I have no hesitation in leaving this review.

GoogleJust had a very rude person on the phone they give you houses to look at and when try to view they say no because we not sold. then how do you know what to get. pointless we got no where.
Hi David. The Two properties you enquired to view will only take potential buyers if you are at least on the market yourself. As explained this isn’t the same for everyone and is not our policy but the sellers of these have specifically asked for this. This is out of our control I’m afraid but doesn’t stop us being able to give the details of these properties to you as requested until such time you do decide to come to the market.

Trustpilotcustomer waited 30 min estate agent did not turn up at all.
We had our house on the market with them for approx. month or so they produced as single viewing, the buyer showed up on time and the estate agent did not show at all, the customer left after 30 minutes waiting and was not seen again. No explanation was given, that's what I call business sense!

GoogleI put my property on the market just before covid lockdown in March, so for first few weeks everything was in lockdown but, as soon as this was over l had a buyer, this fell through after a few weeks into the process but within a week they had secured me another buyer which completes this week. The team were very courteous and kept me very well informed every step of the way. If l was selling another property, l would definitely use Palmer & Partners again. My experience with Palmer & Partners Ipswich regarding a rental was deeply disappointing. I was originally told a mid-to-late August move-in date would be fine, only to later receive a call insisting on early August, with no flexibility or acknowledgment of prior communication.

Not only did I have to put up with a soaking , mushroom growing house for 6 months an address I vacated after the environmental officer demanding repairs to the house where done. In which we left on October 20th 2020 And you had this address on your market suitable for living from.the 24th. You have then had the balls to tell electic companys we owe money for electric? Despite you having another tennent in the address at the time of the bill. Useless con men.

Sold the property within 36 hours, professional service the whole way through for the last 10 weeks and due to complete next week. If your looking for an agent in the area, then look no further.
