As I put forward an offer on a property that was refused, if it was even put forward. I have just seen the property in question sold for £18000 less than my offer. If you are looking for the best price for your property I don’t recommend this company.

GoogleDirty con artists. Not only did I have to put up with a soaking , mushroom growing house for 6 months an address I vacated after the environmental officer demanding repairs to the house where done. In which we left on October 20th 2020 And you had this address on your market suitable for living from.the 24th. You have then had the balls to tell electic companys we owe money for electric? Despite you having another tennent in the address at the time of the bill. Useless con men.

GoogleCannot recommend Palmer and Partners and all of its staff enough on my recent house sale. Sold the property within 36 hours, professional service the whole way through for the last 10 weeks and due to complete next week. If your looking for an agent in the area, then look no further. GoogleI purchased a property through Palmer & Partners recently. They were incredibly helpful and consistently kept me updated in regards to the progress. They chased solicitors and other parties, and were even helpful after the purchase in providing further documents and information. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleIts unfair to discriminate those who have debt, Not stating that in the rental ads let's these agents get away with that and obviously to comply with regulations from the property omnibusman they don't. The agent hadn't got a clue about the property I viewed eitherNegativeValue

This is not our company but a separate referencing company that our landlords request we carry out before moving into any property.
