Thankyou to all at Lamb & Co Clacton.. Jordan pictured the property beautifully, the staff were super efficient at booking in viewings & worked around our young family - it was sold within a few days of being marketed. Caitlin went above & beyond her job role to make up for our lacking conveyancer. Her communication and forward thinking really helped progress the sale & reduce our stress and anxiety. I would recommend Lamb & Co to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We are forever thankful!

Great experience

I was searching for a property urgently and was greeted by Harry Heath. A model of and estate agent, a lot could be learned from this man, excellent customer service, even gave me the guidance needed to clear my debt to make myself more appealing to landlords.After going through 5 different estate agents who repeatedly let me down and didn’t appear for viewings I finally landed with lamb and co. I can wholeheartedly say this was a good experience and would use this estate agents again if I was to move. Thanks Harry, coral and the team

Sold and completed our property recently with Lamb and Co and in truth, we really do question what we have paid the money for. From the off set, Scott was unwilling to work with us on photos when we weren't happy with them. Having then closed their offices and no longer having a site in Harwich, we did all viewings ourselves and rarely heard anything from the team having to chase them for feedback or information on more than one occasion. We heard from the estate agents we were buying from every week to keep us up to date with how the chain was moving and even towards the end regarding completion dates and moving toward we knew all information from the vendors agents and not Lamb & co. On completion day we didn't even get a call from Lamb&Co! Nothing at all, zero communication we relied on the solicitors and other estate agents to communicate for them. Not even a congratulations on selling your home! Do yourselves a favour and pop your house on with Harwich Village team; they have experience and personal touches that sadly the team at Lamb&Co are seriously lacking.

Lamb & co (AKA scott,sheen and partners). I have been dealing with Scott and all I can say is what exceptional service. when im promised a call back or email i get it. Scott has been brilant with my house buying as we had a few hiccups along the way (Due to the sellers solicitor) and he took in in his stride and even though i bugged him loads he was always polite. i would 100% recommend this estate agent.

There are a lot of letting agents out there, but, I have not found , a company , that shows that they enjoy their profession. The professionalism shows through with Attention and enthusiasm, prompt emails with updates, And your phone call is always returned within a very short period of time. A very rare commodity these days. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this Company recently, and was always greeted with a smile and a warm reception. All staff At the office was polite and very cheerful. Coral Manning, the lettings manager , is One the nicest people I have ever met. All the staff were extremely helpful, Hayley went beyond with keeping the seller reassured as we were delayed considerably and also keeping us informed of any news. We found a property in Clacton on Sea which has taken 8 months to finally complete the long Chain. Tony was the Salesman , very professional and positive. We were then passed on to the Sales Progression Team and Hayley Jones. Hayley has been with us although this long process. Polite and very positive and kept us informed at all times.
