GoogleI don’t feel Lamb & Co Clacton Lettings vet their tenants for antisocial behaviour. I’m living on the same road as a tenant of theirs, who is causing awful noise disturbances, yet Lamb & Co say they can’t help me. Appalling service as a Landlord, I wouldn’t use them as a guardian of my property, as I would not trust who they rent out to.

From the first viewing to completion Lamb & Co were great. Specifically Jo Miller, she was so helpful and always giving constant updates along the way. Also emailed put of hours with any new updates. Always gave a quick response if we called or emailed. Ours wasn't the most straightforward purchase, a couple of little hold ups but between Jo and the sellers we got there in the end. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Lamb & Co

Tony was extremely helpful - being first time buyers, everything was quite unfamiliar to us, but Tony talked through the process and was constantly sourcing potential properties within our criteria for us to view. Even though the property we ended up buying wasn't listed with Lamb & Co, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Lamb & Co in the future if I needed any help with selling my property.
