Googletaken over management of my friends house, which i deal with on their behalf - so far everything has been perfect. Would recommend as they really do know what they are doing, very professional. They don't have a bunch of children working for them like most others in the town.

GoogleI bought my property in Clacton through Bairstow Eves and then let the property through the lettings section. I was very pleased with the whole process. They were very quickly on task, even though we were still working on renovations. They kept to our specification as to the kind of tenant we wanted and to date 6 months on it has been trouble free. Thank you to the team in Clacton and I hope we continue with the trouble free letting.
