GoogleI would like to thank Laura Baylis for her professionalism and for going the extra mile - or 2 - when helping to move in my new tenants. Everything seemed to be against us getting the tenants in on time as energy services failed and Ovo energy did its best to make what could have been a simple solution into a nightmare. Laura not only went out of her way to resolve the issues, keeping me up to date and reassuring the tenants, she stayed late at the office and came into the office on her day off when timing became critical. Laura is helpful and professional and I cannot praise her highly enough.

GoogleThe team, including Louis, Kara and Jackie have worked really hard to conclude the tenancy on a property and to get new tenants in with a very short vacancy period.
There was an unfortunate situation with the previous tenants who split up, and the team worked hard to liaise between the two at the end of the tenancy. I do not underestimate the time, tact and patience this took.
Louis found several suitable tenants and ensured that referencing was done quickly so that the new tenancy could start as soon as possible after the old tenancy ended.
