GoogleVery helpful staff. They go above and beyond to help people. I have never met estate agents that actually care about their customers like they do in this branch. They have helped my mother let her property and were amazing while doing so. And now they have sold her property and been on the end on the phone every time my mother has needed them. They have dealt with any problems that have arisen quickly and discreetly. I highly recommend using this branch. Very COVID safe, hand sanitizer available. Wheelchair accessible also

GoogleSold my house in Holland on Sea. Was impressed with Robin when he valued the property who was informative, patient and not pushy. Once the Sale was agreed dealt with Adam who was helpful and alway on hand when required during the process.

GoogleHighly recommend this branch as have had a few problems with tenants and they are always quick to sort it out when needed. Kara Smith is always very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with issues and glad to have chosen this company.

GoogleIf you are a landlord avoid like the plague ! Twice I’ve been stitched up by them getting my deposit back after tenants left my property completely wrecked. They not only lied and told me the deposit scheme gave it back to the tenants but they also held onto £150 of it for nearly a year and were clearly not going to tell me about it. They are what give estate agents a bad name - as I’ve told them !NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleHighly recommended estate agents, I've only met a few of the staff members Louis, Sarah & Jackie... but they all showed great professionalism & patience... before the tenancy commenced there was a few issues recieving my reference, but Jackie remained patient and very helpful the whole time until it got sorted. Everything ran smoothly to assist me with my move & I couldn't have asked for anything more, amazing team!
