I have currently been renting a property from bairstow eves for the last two years. When looking for some where to live I found the whole team very helpful. They where patient and so helpful as I’m quite a picky person! Rick the manager was always In Contact giving me updates on properties and when I found one I liked gave me all the help I needed to secure the forever home I required. I have found there never to be any problems with communication and on a few occasions when I needed problems sorted with the property it was arranged and done with in days, nothing has ever been left or not delt with. I would very much recommend renting from bairstow eves I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Happy client

Brilliant service all the way from viewing, right to the completion of my house. Extremely professional & experienced staff, Lizzie couldn't have done any more to help if she tried and made the whole process much less stressful for me! Thanks to all the team at Bairstow Eves Clacton.

I would have given Robin and he's team 10 stars if i could. Robin look after my mother and father in law with all there paper work on many, many ,many occasion. Robin keeps you well informed with what going on and was a great help getting the sale through to exchange to contract. First class service on all fronts.

I have found over the last couple of years that selling through Bairstow Eves is made easy because of their good value, responsive, and professional dealings. I have found Robin Seller to be efficient with dealing with any questions and liaising with buyers. He and the other agents are always at hand to help. I would give them 6 out or 5 if possible.

Bairstow Eve Clacton on Sea have managed the letting on my property for over the past ten years. The service was excellent. Once I instructed them to carry out the sale of the property they could not have been more helpful. They were professional and went above and beyond. Thank-you to the whole branch and especially the manager Rick Hall.

Bairstow Eves Sales and Lettings in Clacton are the most reliable, honest and trustworthy Estate Agents I have met in my property search. Especially I would like to put in a good word for Rick Hall in the Sales team, who has informed me of many details about properties for sale which I have never been informed about by other Estate Agents.

Such a lovely team, I felt like they were genuinely as excited for me collecting my keys as I was. Adam really knows his stuff and really helps you see the potential of various rooms/features of a property.
