GoogleEasy to recommend Tom Lawrence if your looking for a smooth house sale.
Tom takes care of everything, is in your corner and helping to ensure all parties are communicating.
TLC sold the property quickly to quality buyers. They facilitated sensible negotiation and assisted the complexities of the legal process.
Patient and kind, Tom will help your house sale go smoothly. thank you Tom.

GoogleWe originally used another estate agent to sell my late mother’s property but after several weeks we’d had no interest. From the first meeting with Perry Bishop it was a much more professional experience and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were kept updated periodically and given excellent feedback on all the viewings. We would highly recommend Perry Bishop.
