My partner and I can’t thank Jade at Perry Bishop enough for all of the help and support she has offered us throughout our purchase of our shared ownership property. In such a stressful time, she has made our experience a whole lot easier. Would 10/10 recommend Perry Bishop! Thank you Jade for all your hard work and kindness, it has been so appreciated! :)

Very mixed bag with Tom. He was very pleasant and helpful when he was signing me up for a tenancy, which I paid in full, but the after care was quite poor. Pre-agreed terms were not met until I pushed for them to be met, and coming towards the end of the tenancy, he seems to be attempting to label enforcement of legally binding terms as "aggressive and childish" and called me a "knob". Definitely a buyer beware situation.

Cathy was excellent. Upon looking for a property to rent in Cirencester, Cathy went above & beyond to help secure what would have been a possibly tricky let. Such a warm & friendly person to communicate with, we felt in safe hands with Cathy at what can be a stressful time. Highly recommend.

A very professional and experienced team. From helping us find properties to connecting us with builders and surveyors. And a slick process from the sales team onto the completion team to make sure the deal happens. Great service to me as a buyer but also I think for the seller too!

Tom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting. From the beginning to the end I was kept informed and given advice and guidance as to the most suitable tenants. A very extensive set of photographs, of the standard of decoration, was undertaken as a record. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to let their property to contact Tom as soon as possible because you will be very pleasantly surprised. I will use Tom again for letting property and if I was wanting to sell he would be the first person I would contact.

Tom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after. He has sourced excellent tenants for us which is particularly important as our tenants are also our neighbours. I would recommend him to anyone in our area looking for a great letting agent. Thanks Tom 10/10👍

Despite delays in a long chain the staff at PerryBishop have all been excellent. They are always friendly, professional and positive and I would highly recommend. Special mention goes to Stephanie at the start of the process and Jade at the end but everyone was fantastic.
