My husband and I would highly recommend Perry Bishop, everyone we have spoken to from their team has been nothing but incredibly kind and supportive and they have been endlessly patient with us and offered us some amazing advice which has helped us through some challenging situations, we would have been lost without their support. We would like to mention Cathy in particular as she has been helping us tirelessly and been especially kind and supportive to us. I can’t recommend Perry Bishop highly enough especially Lucy James, who was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Lucy was professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable about house prices and the local market. What really stood out was her incredible aftercare she was always available on the phone, ready to offer advice and support whenever needed. Her guidance on how to push the sale through efficiently made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our experience selling our home with Perry Bishop was superb. From the initial valuation, the whole team looked after us at every step. We loved to see the comment cards after each viewing; having immediate feedback was really constructive. Throughout a quite complex sale, Jade was in constant contact answering a million questions for us and being very understanding when things became frustrating. My wife and I have recently rented a house through Perry Bishop, and their support throughout the process of viewing the property, finalising the paperwork, and answering any and all questions we've had has been fantastic. Jane has been incredibly communicative and has gone back and forth with us multiple times (always responding within an hour or so) to help us sort out finer details of paperwork, which without her help we wouldn't have got sorted. Emily has been just as communicative as well, was really informative during our viewing, and has always made time to meet and speak with us at a time that suits. But Perry Bishop did a great job of getting the sale over the line and supported us all the way in difficult times. I can only report my experience with Perry Bishop in Cirencester as exceptional. From the moment we decided to move when Simon recommended a sensible selling price to a final completion....15 months later, the constsnt help and guidance from the whole team could not have been better. During the extended 15 month period when there were so many frustrations occuring, none of which the fault of Perry Bishop, we were always kept fully informed of any problems and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff to help out. The complications which often happen involving solicitors were expertly progressed by Jade and Lynne in particular, taking away much of the stress this generated. The lengthy period from start to finish was handled in a very professional manner witch left us all feeling we were important and not in any way a problem in what was a difficult experience. I can only compliment the whole Perry Bishop staff in Cirencester for being so helpful and friendly over a long frustrating sale and see them as a " 5 Star " company. Tim R
