GoogleI would say 4.5 stars. The letting team has generally been really good. They did send us the wrong info for the wrong county or our new house which wasn't a train smash but that was my only negative. They were great at the viewings and helpful with facilitating communication with our landlady. Thanks very much Cathy and team. x

GoogleWe cannot recommend Perry Bishop highly enough. Several years ago, they helped us buy a home in Cirencester and the experience was so positive, we didn’t hesitate when we had a property to rent out. There wasn’t a moment where we didn’t feel informed and supported throughout the process by Cathy Sinnott. She guided us through what we needed to do, and once everything was ready, had someone ready and waiting to move in. Whatever we do in the future with property, I know we will be back to Perry Bishop for sales and rentals.

GoogleI have been completely satisfied with the attention Perry Bishop sales staff have given to the sale of our house. We were informed of the progress of the visits and once an offer was made the staff accompanied the client when they had additional visits to the property. Perhaps the most important asset was the assignment of a "sales progressor" who kept us informed of the details of the sales process. Having her available to answer questions and liaise with the buyer meant that we were saved additional costs by not having to liaise with our solicitor. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

GoogleOutstanding services and service provided by PerryBishop in Cirencester. Yes, we have a long relationship with them dating back to the early nineteen nighties, people come and people go. We would like to mention some current individuals by name: Stephanie McPherson, Lucy James and Cathy Sinnott, superb experience working with these professionals. They are very very good at what they do, it is refreshing, exciting and calming working with them - we feel we are in very good hands. We did our own due diligence and in our opinion they are the best estate agents/realtors in the region.

The whole team at Perry Bishop is attentive, knowledgable and patient, and always on hand to manage enquiries. Our sales progressor, Jade, was fantastic throughout, answering all our questions and was incredibly efficient in pulling together the solicitors on both sides to push things through as quickly as possible. Having just moved in, we don't plan to move again for a long time, but when that time comes, we'll definitely be using Perry Bishop.

Tom was very helpful in supplying all the information we needed when viewing and kept us up to date throughout the buying process. On completion day, Tom meet us at the property and was excellent in ensuring things went well, which was very much appreciated.
