From the very first time that Jim came to value my parents house and Stephanie dealing with my multiple questions, right the way through to Mum and Dad being sat in their new lounge, Perry Bishop have been the personification of professional. The move took approx 9 months (no fault of Perry Bishop!!!) and they kept us in the loop on a very regular basis. I have nothing but total admiration for ALL of the staff. As we had most of our dealings post-sale, I can't speak highly enough of Mark Thompson, the Sales Progression Guru. His patience and professionalism is absolutely first class and top drawer; he had PLENTY of scenarios which would have had a Saint in tears! I'm not a regular house mover (last time was 30 years ago!) but when it does finally happen, Perry Bishop in Cirencester will be the only name on the list! If only all estate agents were like Perry Bishop. Maggie (sales) was very helpful during the purchase negotiation, which I ended up having to do twice due to losing my own buyer. Mark (sales progression) was extremely good throughout the whole ten-month process. He worked very hard right through the chain over a prolonged period to keep things on track and frequently managed to obtain information and updates that nobody else could. If I ever sell my new house, I will know who to call.

Dreadful Service

I recently dealt with the Tebury Office regards a home my late father had lived in. At what was already a difficult time the lack of response to queries while trying to exit the property he had lived in (given I live 200 miles ) discuss the deposit return, meter readings etc made this a difficult process. The only timely response I got was to a question about recommending local cleaning and decorating services, no doubt commission linked to that one! Luckily the landlady herself was very accommodating and hands on so we got there in the end.
