GoogleLiaising with Perry Bishop has been a pleasure from start to finish - from all the viewings I booked through them, to helping me with negotiations (more than once!) and particularly the sales progression process, once my offer had been accepted. Everyone I interacted with was super professional and helpful, but particularly Elaine Ford, who became part-therapist towards the end of a, at times, tricky process. I would definitely recommend Perry Bishop to everyone I know, and if I ever sell this house, will do it through them. From the initial contact, to moving in and trouble shooting some little teething problems, they have been fabulous. GooglePerry Bishop is a first class estate agency for selling a property. From the start, Simon Wilkinson, who had met my late mother to give her an original valuation and details of charges in writing, was highly professional and knows the local market to give us a realistic sale price for the sale after she passed away.The sale particulars included a video showing off the property at its best. Stephanie Macpherson,managed all the viewings telling us when someone was viewing the property with prompt feedback always given. Managing the sale through to completion was Jade Allen who kept the buyers and myself fully uptodate with developments. She delivered, like her colleagues, a first class experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Jade! I would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to prospective sellers and buyers for the quality of their staff and the service they provide.Thank you so much!

GoogleUnlike the awful agent responsible for my sale, dealing with Perry Bishop for my onward purchase has been an absolute pleasure. The staff responsible for viewings were on time, polite and knowledgeable and when it came to the offer and the subsequent progression, the office staff were excellent, responsive and proactive when managing delays and issues. Particular thanks go to the incredible Jade Allen and Stephanie McPherson, both of whom were instrumental in getting my purchase over the line. I just wish I'd used them for my sale too!

GoogleJim and Stephanie at Perry Bishop Cirencester are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selling auction properties, It was great to be able to watch the auction through the PB website which offers 100% transparency and enables the best price to be achieved. Their auction system is easy to use along with the support from Jim and Stephanie who provided regular updates and answered any questions quickly.

FacebookThe purchase process with Perry Bishop was very smooth. Stephanie worked hard to find us the perfect property and gave honest advice. The transition from sales to sales progression was seamless and I can’t recommend Elaine North highly enough. Her communication skills are exceptional: keeping you up to date, providing gentle reminders but never making you feel pressured. You know she is working for the seller (I was the buyer), but I never felt that she was anything other than neutral throughout the process. I felt she was genuinely pleased for me when the sale went through. When we went to collect the keys the office team were very friendly and even gave us a welcome box of goodies perfect for moving day!
