GoogleI cannot praise Bev, Jane and Emily enough for the management of my rental property. Bev goes above and beyond and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication is 5 star and nothing is too much trouble. As a landlord I would highly recommend Perry Bishop.

TrustpilotExcellent local and individually tailored service ...
The Perry Bishop team in Cirencester have been fantastic. Lynne Rollings and Jade Allen have been particularly impressive, helping us to navigate the purchase of our first UK home and supporting us in navigating quite a lengthy and occasionally complex process. They have helped to make the process simple, been sensitive and responsive to our concerns, timely with communications and attentive to detail throughout. Thank you for providing a truly local and individual service. You have made the purchase of our first property an enjoyable experience so far, when it could have already been a very different experience.

GoogleThe person we bought our house from used Perry Bishop and Chambers and they were fantastic. We hardly dealt with our own estate agent because Lucy was so brilliant at keeping us updated. There were a few difficulties with our purchase and Lucy at Perry Bishop and Chambers was amazing at pushing things through and staying in touch. I highly recommend them and will use them if we move again.

Dear Mr Jones The spray foam issue was not declared as we had been advised that this had been removed and rectified , we would never intentionally mislead. I can assure you that our due diligence is extensive before we go to market and throughout the process , however , we are not surveyors or solicitors and there is a limit to investigations which are then down to a buyer to satisfy themselves. We had been informed that the roof had all foam insulation removed - we later learnt that wasn’t the case and we helped to resolve this between seller and buyer. I am very proud of the good people we employ who work with integrity to help people move every day and make a difference , we do though keep open to any way that we can improve what is often a complicated process with many moving parts. Yours sincerely Phillip Bishop MD Perry Bishop

Nothing was too much trouble and she was super proactive and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. TrustpilotFantastic, Professional Service from the Team at Perry Bishop
Fantastic service from Perry Bishop (Cirencester Branch) throughout the whole selling process. This was a complicated sale due to the property being unregistered and initially an inheritance under a trust. However, the team at Perry Bishop, managed to wade through all the intricacies that this presented with consummate ease. Communication was excellent and timely.

GoogleNot all Estate Agents are like this. They really went the extra mile - particularly Lucy and in her absence Paula. We were the purchasers, but they kept us informed all the way. I would recommend them. They helped our purchase go smoothly despite a few hiccups along the way. We certainly got more support from them than from our selling agent!

TrustpilotVery helpful agent
Very helpful and informative should have used PB when selling my home but had the pleasure of buying my new home from PB who could not have been more helpful when sorting this out The only criticism would be that the agent who showed me around the property should have been more clued up on the house That said everything else was clean sailing Thx

TrustpilotExcellent service
We had a fantastic experience with Perry Bishop. We bought a property in Lechlade and they were extremely accommodating getting viewings at short notice, as we did not live in the area. After our offer was accepted we had a dedicated person, Michelle, who looked after the whole process, chasing all solicitors etc weekly to keep everything on track. It all went extremely smoothly and would definitely recommend.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
