TrustpilotThank you PB
Perry Bishop have been excellent in what became a very protracted sale of our property. Jade especially has been so helpful to both us and our purchasers. She fought tirelessly on our behalf. Simon will give an accurate estimate and all the sales staff are helpful and professional. We would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotGreat Customer Service
Team were very communicative and responsive with information, questions and queries.Particularly liked the service where the sale is forwarded onto a distinct individual to manage and keep all parties updated to the very end.The team even provided us with a moving in pack of essential items. Keep up the great work.

GoogleThis is a company that I would have no hesitation in recommending to act on a sale --and I speak as a purchaser. What has really impressed me in purchasing a property through them is their sensibly and pragmatic approach. They clearly support and stand by their client's position(the seller in this case) yet recognise the position of the purchaser. They tactfully negotiated to a successful conclusion (6 months in this case!).We had some complex and difficult issues with the seller. Perry Bishop recognised this .They discussed the matter with the seller and a compromise was sought and negotiated through them and agreed. The bottom line here is that I would readily instruct Perry Bishop on any sale , confident -unlike many estate agents, that they would protect my interests and respect my instructions ; negotiating with my interest their clear priority and not simply doing whatever they could to achieve a sale at any price. In my experience-they are a rare company in their profession that puts integrity above profit. Well done Perry Bishop.

TrustpilotNice experience from start to finish
Nice experience from start to finish. The process did take a long time, due to other parties but Perry Bishop were great at keeping in contact and touching base throughout. Move in day was smooth and a nice welcome gift was a great touch.

GooglePerry Bishop were just great when it came to selling our house - supporting us and keeping us informed every step of the way - even helping us find a removal company at the last minute when things suddenly went on fast forward. We found our next home through them as well - they helped us deal with the developers - representing the interests of both parties with no apparent bias - their advice always felt fair and balanced. Perry Bishop are definitely the No1 estate agent in Cirencester.

GoogleWe highly recommend Perry Bishop; all the team members who worked with us were helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Our house sale/purchase took place during the most difficult of times during Brexit and then the global pandemic but communication and availability of team members was first class. Special thanks to the sales progression department who had fingers on all pulses at all times!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
