GoogleKathryn Tidbury was the Lettings Co-Ordinator we dealt with. She was very warm and friendly and made my Wife and I + our daughters very relaxed from the outset, from viewing the property and throughout the entire rental process. She was professional and has a wonderful sense of kindness to her character and was always very willing to help in a diligent manner with clear information. Overall, this made our experience very positive. She represented the K&C company very well and we really do appreciate her help.

GoogleI had such a good experience as a buyer using King and Chasemore. Amanda and Josh were amazing from start to finish. I had sub par service from my lawyers, but having the constant support and advise from K&C made the whole process much easier. I felt very lucky to have them on my side, they were so easy to talk to and willing to help in any way possible at any time. I would definitely recommend them and will be back when (/if) I sell in the future 100%.

GoogleI've never been so happy with a service like the one I was provided at King at Chasemore in Hove. I had the opportunity of meeting the team, Jen, Jess and Steph who made the process so easy. They explained each step clearly and held my hand through the whole process. The service was very professional, to an extremely high degree and done with so much respect. GoogleThe agency in hove, were lovely Hannah was brill thoughout our time. However countrywide as a company have been truly terrible. They didn't return my deposit after 2 months "as it hadnt been changed over." They claimed that we had paid late and this effected a mortgage application, when it was a "mistake" there end. Of course, no apology. Customer service from the accounts team again was awful, I rang everyday for a week without any response. The actual estate agents where lovely but I just couldn't recommend countrywide to anyone.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI've been delighted with my experience of King & Chasemore. At the viewing stage, Kate Thomson arranged a viewing promptly and addressed any questions I had. She was then helpful and attentive when I received the contract and agreed the lease. Once I moved in, she was prompt in her response to some repairs that needed doing and ensured these were resolved without delay. In general, Kate has been lovely to work with and I'm very happy with her management of my flat.

GoogleUnfortunately, due to current Market and Economic conditions beyond all of our control - our property sale has not managed to materialise. I would however, like to thank Josh, Amanda, Jade and the rest of the Hove K&C Sales Team for their great support, professionalism and on-going advice. I would definitely recommend them as Estate Agents for the Hove area.

GoogleThe last 6 months of our tenancy were made a living hell by this lettings company. The person who was assigned to us repeatedly lied and miscommunicated with our landlord. Telling our landlord things we simply have not said. I will never be looking to rent through the company again.

GoogleKing and Chasemore have been managing the sale of my flat over the last couple of months. I'd like to say a very special thank you to Loren Rayner, new Sales Manager, who has made a huge difference to the customer service and approach to managing clients. She has been so responsive, efficient and consciencous and i would now have no hesitation in recommending King and Chasemore to others. There has been a huge and evident improvement in customer care since new management have taken over. Loren, thank you for making every customer feel like they are your number 1 priority despite your very busy workload.
