GoogleWe have recently completed a very complicated sale on a property. Jordan at Slades went above and beyond to help make sure that everything ran smoothly. He is extremely professional and patient. Without him I believe the sale would have fallen through. Thank you so much for all your help along the way. I have bought and sold a lot of properties and I would rate Slades at the top of the Estate Agents I have used in the past. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe had Mark as our port of call for the majority of our move and we honestly could not fault him! He was so helpful and kind all along and did not mind the numerous questions and emails. He went above and beyond by bringing the house key to us on completion instead of having to come and collect it, which honestly took some of the stress of moving away. The team, in general, have been very helpful and even when Mark wasn’t in, would organise another person to manage our enquiries. Thank you for everyone at Slades for showing us around the property so many times and we are absolutely in awe with our new property. We especially loved our moving in box (an unexpected treat)!

Google"I was quite disappointed with the service provided by Slades Estate Agents Not only did they demonstrate poor negotiating skills and unprofessional behavior, but their failure in vetting my buyers was a major concern. After seven months of working with them, my buyers unexpectedly pulled out of the purchase, which was a significant setback. I expected a higher level of professionalism and thoroughness when dealing with such an important transaction. I would appreciate it if they could work on improving their communication, negotiation skills, and buyer vetting processes for the benefit of their clients in the future."
It was most disappointing to receive this review Sharon, although I have to say not totally unexpected. Right from initial instruction we tried to deal with you in a manner that would keep you happy but sadly this was not possible on this occasion. I could go into much greater detail but do not feel this would be very professional in an open forum, suffice to say that as with every buyer we deal with, yours was fully vetted. GoogleMark & Alex at Slades christchurch have been absolutely Amazing with the sale of our flat we have just completed on. They constantly chased up queries/ solicitors kept us updated throughout the whole process by phoning us weekly. They also made the whole process run smoothly and we never had any worries. The most important part for us was finding the right estate agent to sell our property We found Mark & Alex at slades. Thank you so much for also being happy and easy to talk to which for us makes a huge difference 🙂 We will definitely be using slades again in the future
