We have just sold and purchased properties through Slades in Chrustchurch. Ben and Jordan were both brilliant throughout the process and as we are renovating our new house they put us in touch with the Slades rental team where Billy found us the perfect house to call our temporary home. Big thanks to Slades Christchurch for helping us through what can be a very stressful process, can't recommend them highly enough!

We were very lucky to have Rob as our negotiator from Slades. He has been extremely helpful, encouraging, empathetic and professional from start to finish. Ben was also very pleasant to deal with when he took our property photos. We have been very impressed with Slades and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any future buyers or sellers.

Slades have been fantastic to deal with, both as a buyer and a seller. When we bought our house Jordan was a pleasure to deal with, and again when we sold our house we chose Slades. Again, Jordan dealt with the sale and everything went very smoothly, excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Slades.

We used slades for our sale of our house and ended up also buying a new house via them. Overall great customer service, advice, communication and helped make the process as smooth as possible. We dealt with Mark and Ben who where always available to speak to if we had questions regarding our sale and purchase. We previously had our house for sale through a different agent which wasn’t getting is many viewings which never really progressed. Mark came round to value our property and gave us some valuable advice of when to list and explained the process, clearly and was honest. After viewings updates where always given and eventually had offers on the house resulting in the sale. We would like to thank slades for making it possibly for us to jump up the property ladder into our new family home. Thanks again. Luke & Tyla

All I can say about Slades is that they are absolutely fantastic! Mark Williams really is the best of the best! He is so knowledgeable & could not do enough for me. He really did make my first time buying experience a nice easy one and nothing was too much trouble, I really could not have done it without him. Big thank you to Mark & the team for everything they have done to finally getting me in my new home.

We were very impressed with Slades from the very beginning of the process. Jordan’s valuation of our old home seemed to be the most realistic of the three that we had and the marketing of the property was first class. Although it was a lengthy process due to one purchase falling through ( not the Estate Agents fault )we felt well advised by Jordan and Ben throughout. When we felt things weren’t going to plan, theirs were the voices of calm and reassurance. We have no hesitation in recommending Slades to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property. Many thanks Ben and Jordan.

We first met Ben at our house when he came to value it, we were immediately impressed by his professional manner and knowledge of properties in the local area. Having decided to place our house on the market with Slade's we felt confident that Ben would do a good job. He sold our house within two months, the marketing was excellent. Ben kept us informed at each stage of the sale process and in spite of numerous problems along the way, Ben was always positive and the sale was bought to a successful conclusion. We have no hesitation in recommending Slade's and in particular Ben as Estate Agents.

Wow... Where do I start... Slades have been great from the onset of selling our home, to the purchase of our new home which was also listed with Slades. The professional video and sales brochure they did to market the house was 2nd to none. We had a bumpy ride and with the chain breaking down twice, this was not through any fault of my own or Slades, and they managed the process exceptionally well. I was kept informed at all times and they liaised with the other estate agents / solicitors involved in the chain. Jordan and Ben were both brilliant, professional and smartly dressed on all occasions. They were responsive to all communications. Slades asked if they could create a WhatsApp chat with myself, I was doubtful at first about this, but it proved a fantastic communication tool, especially when they wanted to book viewings for the property I was selling. I have no hesitation in recommending Slades and will most definitely be using them again in the future. If you need a local removals company, R.H Pardy based in Christchurch were who we used, again a great service was had by them.

I cannot thank Slades Estate Agents enough for the exceptional service provided during the sale of my father's house in Christchurch. Working primarily with Mark was an absolute delight. His unwavering enthusiasm for his job, even after many years, was truly remarkable and made the entire process hassle-free. Mark's commitment to keeping us informed at every step and his lightning-fast responses to any queries were incredibly impressive. His dedication to ensuring a seamless experience was evident throughout. Furthermore, I extend my gratitude to Jordan for seamlessly stepping in when Mark was on leave. His professionalism and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and contributed to the overall positive experience. A special acknowledgment goes to Ben for his personalized approach. His decision to make a personal visit when an issue arose during the survey instead of a mere phone call truly exemplified a commitment to exceptional service. It's this personal touch that sets Slades apart. In summary, selling the house through Slades Estate Agents was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience.

We recently purchased a house through Slades and I have to absolutely highlight how amazing Rob Hanwell was throughout our purchase. I’ve worked with lots of estate agents and most have been pretty good, but Rob was phenomenal! His communication was outstanding, always smartly dressed and he was so professional and polite. Even his punctuality was impressive. The biggest thing that stood out for us was when he went above & beyond by linking in with our carpet company, arranging a convenient time and day, met up them at the property, they did all their measurements (Rob waited) whilst me & my wife were at work. A few days after completion, the new carpets were fitted and then we moved all our furniture in. This saved us so much time & stress. Thank you Rob and Slades. I cannot praise them enough. Absolutely recommended 5⭐️

From start to finish Mark was very present chasing and answering all my queries within a very good timeframe. We hit delays through no fault of Slades and Mark was very quick to do all he could to push things forward getting the sale completed before Christmas. That’s the factual part, but also very friendly, approachable and I was never made to feel my regular phone calls were a nuisance. Would highly recommend. Thanks Mark
