I have used Farrell Heyworth since I first started a Property Portfolio many years ago. I still have excellent service from them. I could name many of the staff I deal with who provide me with the service I want, and I consider them 'second to none.' To keep this recommendation within limits, I mention just two of them that I have dealt with in the last couple of days. Danielle Maloney, the Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader, so impressed me, I wrote to her and complimented her on her superb service to me. Craig Leary, who is now the Accounts Administrator, has for many years been a wonderful asset to me. His understanding of the way I want to provide my tenants with housing they will be pleased to call their home (and thus be reluctant to leave) could not be bettered. He has ensured that my maintenance team contact those tenants who report problems with the minimum of delay. Having recently re-let one of my apartments, I want to add Katie Ward, Lettings Marketing Advisor, to this 5 stars appreciation list. I have given Farrell Heyworths 5 stars.

I was asking about a new dishwasher from 4 years with no results. I checked my contract, and it was part of my kitchen. Last friday we tried to let to know the agency that wind destroyed our fence. Lady, which picks up the phone, says that we have to find somebody to repair that frence. So what for is agency? They do nothing but pretending always busy? Why, for some people's simple things, are way too complicated and confusing 😕

The experience of selling took longer than I expected, but that was due to a potential buyer changing his mind. Farrell Heyworth instantly put the property back on the market, a second buyer came forward quickly, and this time the sale went through smoothly. Stevie oversaw the sale, and her support, guidance and quick response to any query was so helpful, especially as I hadn't sold a property for many years. Whenever I went into Farrell Heyworth, I was dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner by whoever was there, and I felt everything was in safe hands. I was informed at every stage of the way what was happening, and they shared my joy when the property was eventually sold. Thank you to Stevie, Natalie, James and all the Farrell Heyworth team - I appreciate all that you did to make the sale happen.

Was a hard slog with solicitors but Farrell Heyworth held our hands all the way through. They are extremely friendly but professional, helpful and go the extra mile which made a huge difference to us. We can't thank them enough for their efficiency in dealing with things straight away. 2 stars given only for the initial contact for viewings from Alex who was lovely but after accepting an offer in just over a week, communication ceased bar from 1 phone call & 2 emails (one that was supposed to have have a follow up but never received!!) from Nici in Sales Progression. I expected more considering the fee I paid ( plus you pay for photos extra). Oh, I did receive an email & phone call early on in the process asking me to do review which I declined at the time....but here we are. Would I use again or recommend.....the answer is a big fat NO.

Buying through Farrell Heyworth was a great experience. The lady showing us around the property (sorry I have forgotten her name) was ever so friendly and approachable. She was very welcoming and gave us as much time as we wanted to see what we needed. The follow up service was really good, with Gina being super quick in coming back to us on the phone with any queries and dealt with our price negotiations really well. We had some special requests when we completed, and the office helped us really well with those. I would definitely consider using Farrell Heyworrh when we come to sell.

My mother has 2 rental properties in Chorley and Laura (Gill) has been very helpful and professional in making sure every detail has been explained and confirmed. Communication was most important for us as we’ve had difficulties with previous agents but Laura went through everything and kept us both up to date throughout the process. I very much believe in the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ and with Farrell Heyworth this is very true. The electronic presentations they send out are fantastic as I could print them off and go through with my mother! Very impressed and will definitely be recommending to other Landlords. The team at Farrell Heyworth have been excellent in helping with the sale of our dad's property. From the moment we made enquiries, to present day, they have been extremely helpful. Paul was amazing, sold our house first time after it being on the market for months. He went beyond expectations, always available on the phone and friendly. It’s like he enjoys his job! :) Stevie, Gina and Dan became like friends in the end, so helpful and professional. The sales progression team were ruthless in their persuit of the sale on our behalf, they are worth their weight in gold. They chased up all parties making sure things went smoothly and to plan.

I have sold a house using Farrells as the agents. For various reasons (no fault of Farrells), it wasn't the simplest sale. However, Dean was amazing in getting the job done. Really good at getting answers to questions and chasing up issues. Great communication and really nice to deal with.
