Dear Leung, I have spoken to my staff who feel you have been unfair in what you say about them. They were very willing to help you find a tenancy and did call you back. But they also explained - both to you when you first enquired and then to your friend who called on your behalf - that under UK law a tenant in your situation has to provide a National Insurance number as ID before a property can be let to them. Any estate agent or landlord will tell you the same thing. If you are able to provide us with this form of ID we would be only too happy to help you find somewhere.
