The team in the office at chorley are dedicated, hard working and absolutely go the extra mile for their customers. Tammy, Leanne and the rest of the team pushed to get out house purchase through, and if it wasn’t for them I would probably still be waiting for our solicitor to do something constructive. The best in the area, and the business! You can’t go wrong with Ben Rose - whether as a seller or a buyer they couldn’t be more helpful and proactive. Thank you so much for all the effort you put into making our home move a reality. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Attempted to get a viewing 4 times over the course of a week to absolutely no avail. No response from the estate agent. Called up today to find out that the property had an offer accepted TODAY. The company lost commission for both itself and potentially a higher sale for the vendor. Absolutely terrible service for both customers.

Proactive approach

After trying unsuccessfully to sell my property for over a year with another agent I decided to try Ben Rose in Chorley. They listed the property in August and by December I had sold and moved out. All the staff from Simon the valuer to Tammy the office manager and her team were fantastic. The proactive approach certainly works, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

As a landlord we rent out a property in Chorley Lancs

As a landlord we rent out a property in Chorley. After a 6 month let with a letting service that had a Landlord agreement of 16 pages, we moved to Ben Rose that has 3 pages. At each stage Dean Heywood (Lettings) kept us fully informed. We went from a "generic" OFFICE number to Deans DIRECT dial number. As an experienced LL I cannot recommend enough the value of a DD. We went from a "generic" EMAIL to a direct email for Dean. When I first initiated my letting enquiry with Ben Rose, Dean took up the call. I told him who I was and why I was considering moving agencies. His first reply was "We are very transparent". No contradiction here, does what he says. In a nutshell, GREAT advice, GREAT company, FANTASTIC customer service.”

Superb sale of late mothers bungalow

The whole team at Ben Rose pulled out all the stops during the sale of my late mothers bungalow. Pictures taken on Wednesday, sale went live on Thursday, board went up on Friday, 7 viewings on Saturday and 3 good offers made on Monday, 1 of which we accepted. From the initial call to Ben Rose, and Simons first visit to the property, it only took about 8 weeks for the sale to complete and the funds to land in my bank account. Terrific!! Very much under promised and over delivered. I would highly recommend Ben Rose if you are looking to sell. Great work. Thanks for all your efforts.

We had one viewing, and 2 no shows in 5 months, they hardly ever contacted us, apart from a few one word emails. We decided we were taking the house off the market they tried to charge us. We were never sent a copy of the agreement and throughout they were unprofessional.
