FacebookI can’t recommend Ben Rose enough! Chris came to me at a time where I was getting absolutely nowhere with the local estate agent I had paid up front for. Chris got our house on the market within 24hours and promised he would sell it within 6 weeks. They took some fantastic pictures and got viewings pretty much straight away...something the other EA failed to do. I was so impressed with the communication and how efficient, friendly and professional their approach was and Chris fulfilled his promise and sold our home within 6 weeks. We also bought our next home through Chris and again I can’t fault his service. I was constantly updated with the progress and even through lock down, I was still able to contact Ben. Thank you for such easy and pleasant transactions, you’ve been brilliant.

FacebookWish we had read these poor reviews previously. We are currently in the process of selling with Ben Rose and are having the same experience as many others. It doesn’t matter what complaints you make, they simply do not care. You’re lucky if they even respond to you at all. Word of mouth is a powerful tool and I’ll make sure I make all of my family and friends aware to avoid this company in the future.

GoogleWe felt that BR actively worked against our interests despite the fact our own property was listed with them. They appear to work closely with certain developers and we did not at all feel that they were either sincere or professional in their dealings with us.

GoogleI was sadly disappointed with the customer service I received with the sale of my property. Communication was poor! I had do a lot of chasing. I complained but nothing changed! It felt like they were working for the buyer not me.

FacebookI have used Ben Rose Estate Agents three times now for selling properties. I have always found the standard of service to be exceptionally high with knowledgeable staff who are polite and efficient. They have an innovative approach to selling houses and are very pro active in their marketing for each individual property. I would not hesitate in either recommending them or using them again in the future.
