GoogleI would like to commend the professionalism and responsiveness of KFH and, in particular, Ms Anita Marla. I was dealing with letting my property in Chislehurst and, for various reasons, engaged a different agency. However, Ms Marla, having provided me with a very sound piece of professional advice initially, continued to help me through the process on a pro bono basis. This is very much appreciated and I would definitely consider using KFH in the future.

Although, Covid interrupted our purchase, KFH never lost the communication and they followed up our case. As a first time buyer and coming from a different country, it would have been better if we were offered more insight and information about the process, timeline and other details that might help to decide. They have always followed up swiftly on customer feedback, trends affecting the market and of course the impact of the dreaded Brexit. This overall approach made us always feel confident that the team were working towards the best and fairest outcome to both me, the seller, and our prospective purchaser. GoogleAs a UK citizen living in South Africa I have relied on KFH to see to the leasing of my house in Park Road since 2008. I have always had exceptional service but my latest experience has just been incredible. Anita Barry (and her team) have gone much more than the extra mile and have gone to enormous trouble to resolve the many issues involved in saying good buy to an old tenant and to welcoming a new one. Apart from being 7000 miles away I was out of contact in the African bush all the while the change over happened. Anita advised, contracted and oversaw the many problems that needed to be sorted.
