GoogleThe friendly, responsive and attentive nature of the team at KFH Chislehurst shone through from our very first contact to arrange a viewing, up until completion. Our main point of contact, Vanessa (Sales Negotiator) was incredibly helpful, informative and resilient throughout the process which encountered the expected and natural complexities of a chain. Nothing was too much trouble for Vanessa and she often managed to arrange additional viewings with very little notice. Ellie (sales branch coordinator), based in the office, was incredibly efficient and clearly explained what was required of us at each stage.
As a side note, we also used KFH for our RICS Home Survey and had an equally professional and attentive service from both Samantha and Ashlie.

Google5 star service . My sales lady was Deana who was amazing . I couldn’t have asked for a more patient and kind person . She explained everything every step of the way, did the best for us with our house sale and also with our onward purchase which wasn’t even with them as an agent. So she went above and beyond her duties. Not pushy, and honest with the way she marketed our property and very knowledgable and great at relieving my anxiety when any problems arose and dealing with the situation in hand, quickly and efficiently.
