GoogleI still remember the day we walked into the KFH office when Kate Dickens welcomed us and noted down the requirements for our house purchase right before their office closed (which turned out to be the first week of her new job as an estate agent!), and the rest was history. Kate found us our dream home within a month and have been patient to show both me and my partner in separate occasions to meet our calendars. In fact, she knows what my partner (of 5 years) wanted in a house more than I do, so hats off to her on that! KFH manager Susan has also been very prompt in putting our offer forward and get it negociated and agreed, knowing the house was quite popular and got offers within just a couple of days! Thank you KFH for finding our dream home for us!

GoogleAfter moving home to the UK after 12 years in the USA, into a whirlwind of renting nightmares. I found Georgie at KFH Chislehurst branch to be a ray of light in a dark time. She guided me patiently and expertly through my rental and processes and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Every estate agent should take a note from Georgie, what a pleasure.

He was very communicative and easy to reach, and he liaised with the buyer, the vendor, and our solicitor to move everything along and reach completion as quickly and easily as possible. Thanks for making the whole process so stress-free, and I would definitely recommend KFH to anyone looking to move house!

Google**Stands out from the local crowd of Estate Agents**. There are a number of seemingly credible competition in and around Chislehurst when it comes to buying/selling your house but KFH (and Laura Watson specifically) were / are the most thorough and impressive. Despite having some bad luck and being fairly fussy, Laura stuck with us and actually went out of her way to help us find the right property. The ONLY agent to proactively find us options rather than just "look on the books" which is rare in such a sellers market. Listened and understood why we wanted what we wanted and helped us find that very house. Now moved and very happy! A great experience from start to finish.

GoogleI would like to thank and recommend KFH, Chislehurst. If you wish to sell a house in the Bickley or Chislehurst area they have an outstanding knowledge. We completed on our house last week. Susan and Giuseppe found us a buyer and spent many many hours talking and chasing everyone in our chain and I do mean everyone ! buyers, sellers, Solicitors and other estate agents. They held a difficult chain together while staying calm. If you are wondering if traditional estate agents are still needed with the rise of on line estate agents I would say yes for more high end properties. It was money well invested. Margaret Jarvis

GoogleI’ve had a number of experiences with agencies over the years of which left me with very bad tastes and views of agents. Megan Hickey of this branch has changed that view. Her knowledge and awareness of not just the properties she showed me but the local area was unbelievably professional. Add this in with one of the most amazing customer service experiences I ever have had in my 40 years. Although I didn’t rent a property, I can officially say that Megan has changed what was a very stubborn view of agents, and would 100% refer her to any person that was looking

GoogleAlthough KFH unfortunately couldn’t find me a property, I must recommend and praise Scott in the lettings team for his hard work and perseverance. Out of all the letting agents in Chislehurst and surrounding, he was the one who worked the hardest in showing me new lettings when they came available. GoogleI have had a number of experiences with lots of agencies over the last couple of years , looking for renting , unfortunately i was let down by the attitude and the unprofessional approach of some untill I got lucky by Megan Hickey from chisthurst branch . She has a friendly attitudes and very knowledgeable about her job , she gave us a lot of advices and by her help ,we have moved out to our new location .
