GoogleThe absolute worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Bought our first house with Bundy and Bond, EVERYTHING was a chore for them. We, as buyers, had to chase the estate agents so many times to know about our offers! FOR MONTHS. A ridiculous amount of syress and being patronised. Eventually bought our house through thrm, but they already added an extra 3 months to the process by not responding and delaying offer responses. Will never forget done of the rudeness from staff!

I am very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service that you received from us, although I wish you had made us aware of this at the time as it has been more than 6 months since the sale completed. The reason why the offer took so long to tie up was because it was initially too low and it was declined. I have reviewed the emails that were exchanged and we always responded very quickly to you and were always polite and courteous, as we are to all our customers. GoogleBundy and Bond arranged several viewings and sold our house within a week of it being on the market with them. Prior to that, we had our house on the market with one of the larger estate agents for three months, had 2 viewings and a low offer, such a huge difference with the service provded. We completed last week and would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Bundy and Bond. Will definitely recommend them.

GoogleBundy and Bond are an exceptional estate agency who have gone above and beyond to help us both sell our house and find us a new one. They were there for us every step of the way, being available at all hours of the day to help with any problem or question, whether big or small. As well as being highly professional and having an excellent knowledge of the local area and housing market, Bundy and Bond genuinely care about their customers and go out of the way to provide fantastic service, making us feel like people rather than just statistics for which targets have to be hit (as is the case with so many other estate agents, and I speak from personal experience). In short, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our house move would not have gone as smoothly (or at all) without their amazing service. Give them a call if you're thinking of moving house, or even if you just want some general housing market advice. I promise that it won't will be a decision that you will not regret! GoogleFrom the first viewing of the house to receiving the keys the processes couldnt have been easier! Relevant follow up calls resulted in a quick sale for both me and the vendor! Very friendly lady- Fran showed us around the house and then further conversations with Michael led to one very happy customer! Would highly recommend to both buyer and seller.
