FacebookI used Bundy and Bond as I knew they would handle the sale of a rental property professionally. This was important as tenants were still living in the property when it first went on the market. They were very considerate towards the tenant ensuring all viewings were booked in but working with the tenant to keep everyone happy. They were professional throughout and always available when needed. I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleThank you to Tina, Emma, Michael, Jane and the team in the sale & purchase of my house. Fab customer service, they were all really knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and reassured me once or twice as it can be stressful and worrying process at times! I couldn't rate them highly enough.

GoogleExtremely attentive customer and sale focused agents, I found Budy and Bond to be the sort of 'local service' you really want to find. At no point were they pushy and yet they worked very hard behind the scenes to assure the sale, keep everyone calm and focussed and support all parties throughout the process. I really was impressed and highly recommend Mary and her team.
Thank you Tom it was a pleasure. Mary

GoogleHad the pleasure of communicating with Bundy and Bond whilst purchasing a house over the course of roughly 9 months last year, All the staff I spoke with always knew exactly what was going on in respect of the purchase, and they always let us know when they were going to be on annual leave/who would be covering the work in their absense. It really made the whole process a lot easier then it could have been as a result and I'm really greatful for everyone who was involved and the help that they offered us. Thanks to them my partner and I now have our first home! I would like to extend a special thanks to both Michael and Jane, Michael because he was always very prompt and happy to help, no matter how ridiculous our questions may have been, and Jane - for the final week of completion, who without her help we definitely wouldnt have got the keys when we did. Wonderful group of people and will definitely reach out should we ever decide to move again in future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
