We had a really great experience with Bundy & Bond from start to finish during both our house sale and purchase. The whole team were absolutely brilliant and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. Tina, Geoff, Emma and Georgia were all fantastic, guiding us through every step with professionalism and knowledge. A special shoutout to Georgia, who was our go-to throughout the process, she handled communication both up and down the chain effortlessly, and kept us fully updated at all times. We went to view a property back in June and the estate agent that showed us round was Emma Lewis. We have been looking for houses for months and can genuinely say she’s been the best estate agent that we have met. She knew plenty of information on the house and was able to answer all of the questions that we had. We really liked the house but did not put an offer in but Emma was so helpful and informative. It seems that good estate agents are few and far between but she was great!

A strange way in which the agency works, we viewed a house, we liked it and we were told that we would be chosen by the landlord, without being asked for documents, references, details, absolutely nothing. It seems more that you are chosen by the agent and how much he likes or dislikes you, no connection with the landlord because I don't see what the agent could say about some people without having details. Before the viewing I had to call about 10 times to be able to contact the agent to schedule a viewing, I came 2 hours from London to see the house, willing to pay the rent in advance for at least 3 months, references from the agency with whom we have had the house for 9 years, salaries well above the total required by the agency, triple savings compared to the annual rent to be told that we were refused, based on what criteria? I would not recommend this agency to anyone if this is how they treat customers in general. Special thanks to Kate for the wasted time and lack of explanations.

I can’t thank the team at Bundy & Bond enough for what they’ve done. We put our house on the market with them, at what I thought was a high price, and within two days it had sold at over the asking price! Any time I had any query, or needed some assistance, the team were always more than happy to help. Everyone at Bundy & Bond has what I call a ‘no nonsense’ approach, meaning they’re easy to deal with without too much sales fluff compared to your typical estate agent, yet they’re all still incredibly professional and masters of their profession. We decided to use Bundy and Bond as we'd heard great things about them but also wanted support a local business and we were not disappointed once. The whole service provided by Bundy & Bond (Michael in particular) was outstanding, they went above beyond throughout the whole process (long 8 months) Michael is defiantly an asset to the team. Michael in particular was always very pro-active and chased all solicitors and other estate agents in the chain promptly in order to try and progress the transaction. Our experience with the whole team, and Michael in particular at Bundy & Bond was absolutely fantastic. Michael was our main point of contact throughout our rather long journey, which consisted of our chain falling through 4 times. Michael kept us reassured and positive, he was incredibly responsive and professional, but also gave us sound advice with the problems we suffered along the way. Michael at Bundy and Bond has been extremely helpful in helping us find our first home. We sold and purchased a property through Bundy and Bond and they have been absolutely amazing throughout. The initial viewing we had with Michael was very professional and by far the best experience we had when viewing houses. The whole team were really helpful throughout, you could always get through on the phone and if that member of staff didn't have the latest update, they would find out and get straight back. We had a long chain, and unfortunately my initial sale fell through, but Bundy and Bond were straight onto it and we got a new buyer within a couple of days, meaning we were able to keep the house we were buying. They also kept chasing and pushing forwards the process to get completion over the line.
