Although the initial selling price suggested turned out to be optimistic, we were kept fully informed throughout the entire process eg when viewers were expected and what feedback was given. Once an offer had been accepted they worked very closely with our solicitors, the purchaser and with us to ensure the sale went smoothly. Staff were efficient, often working late into the evening, and very kind. I don't think they could have done anything better.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Strakers three times. Once for a purchase, once for a sale and once to discuss a rental. I may have dealt with the whole team over the course of the years (!) but found them all to be particularly helpful, professional and understanding. They are efficient and customer focused and highly reliable. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Strakers give direct and helpful comments when valuing and are realistic about valuations. Inflated valuations are not helpful in the end. Out of the initial flush of viewings we received a good offer. Strakers liaise well with clients and buyers. They also provide an ongoing series of updates to keep clients informed about progress of the sale - a valuable source of reassurance!A friendly, professional and hard-working team.

whilst they did what i wanted and sold my property there were a few things along the way that i was not informed correctly about and the `chaser` was superfluous to the operation, not adding anything to the process but i guess they are there to ensure the agents fees not for the clients benefit. on balance id use an online service if i did it again...agents are pricey for what they really offer

Strakers were really hard working and professional right throughout the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. They quickly got us good offers and even though there were some bumps with our chain, when our house had to be remarketed, they quickly got us another buyer. At the end of the process they worked extremely hard to help the sale and purchase to go through. I’d definitely recommend them (I already have).

We feel we were let down by Strakers as we were not kept informed on what was going on in the chain. We were especially kept in the dark about the very bottom and their situation, which resulted in a lot of stress and anxiety. We also felt that we were continuously chasing to find out what was going on and were kept better informed by our sellers estate agents.

After receiving an awful service from another estate agents we were dubious about going the through the whole process of selling our house again. We honestly couldn't believe how much better our experience was with Strakers. They guided us through the whole process and kept us informed throughout. The sell went through smoothly and in a timely manner. We cannot recommend them enough especially the Chippenham branch.

Very good. Rapid response to questions. Excellent help from 2 specific members of staff one in Devizes and the other in Calne offices.Unfortunately let down by another member of staff who did not record appointment made resulting in me waiting outside the property for an hour. Following tel calls a further member of staff got in his car and came out on site.Overall staff worked well to make the purchase go through smoothly.
